Quality Inn El Reno — Hotel in El Reno

We stayed for 3 nights. Booked a king suite and was given a king suite at first. But the door wouldn't lock back so we had to switch rooms after unpacking all of our stuff. Then the key would reset every day so we had to keep going back to rhe front desk. It doesn't seem like much of an issue until you have constant issues your dealing with. The breakfast was decent. Definitely liked having the option of late breakfast until 10am. But due to the constant issues and being told I needed to contact the customer service on the app the get the $40 refund since I paid for a king suite and we didn't stay in a king suite I definitely won't be stating at this hotel again. I'd rather pay the extra hundred and stay where there might not be as...

Recommended for business trip.

The rooms are clean, beds are confortable, the suits have a good space. The breakfast I give a 2 stars, it says in the website that is hot breakfast; but it not a full hotbreakfast, the only hot are mini omelets and patties. The location it is good. It have a lot of restaurants and a walmart around, I'm here for school reason and the College is at 4 mint drive. The price is good $70.00 dls per night. It is a hotel that help you stay in the budget with good quality. Now if you spect more I recommend that pay more. Regarding the service is excelent!! especially Danita Baker (receptionist), she really help me with all that I need and more, she really makes me feel comfortable...

Average middle of the road hotel. The rooms are dated and need some maintenance. The breakfast was not well stocked ( out of some items after the first morning of our stay) and one morning staff forgot to unlock the fridge where the yogurt, cream cheese, etc. was so guests did not have those options. One night the power was off when we arrived back to the hotel and when the female front desk clerk was asked what was happening, she was very rude answering. I understand that she may not know much info, but a simple " I'm not sure what is going on either, but, the power company has been notified and I am trying to find out " would have been more infor that " the phones don't work, how am I...
