Why I Chose @Home2 Suites for My First Hotel I wasn’t trying to look fancy. I was trying to get paid. Here’s why Home2 Suites was the move: ✅ Built-in demand with Hilton’s powerful brand ✅ Extended-stay = lower expenses, longer stays, predictable cash flow ✅ Lenders love it — financing made easier ✅ Thrives in steady markets like college towns & hospital hubs This wasn’t about vibes. It was about strategy. Want to learn how to pick your first profitable hotel deal? Join the Building Your Empire Era Challenge, July 21–24. 👉 Tap the link or leave a comment and get your seat. The hotel and room were clean and the breakfast was the usual. However, 5 vehicles were broken into overnight (including mine). The suspects broke our rear window taking 2 suitcases we didn't take out. One of them had dirty laundry which is pretty funny but the other still had some good clothes in the other. There was some sentimental stuff from a recent Disneyland trip but we took all of the important stuff out the night before. Also, since hotels don't take your vehicle information anymore, I did not find out my car was broken into until the morning (after breakfast) The 2 other vehicles still parked also had their window(s) busted and stuff take. I did realize we all had out-of-state license plates. We were able to get our window fixed that day, where car after car kept coming in with busted windows from someone breaking into it (counted 20-25 withing 4 hours). Apparently Rohnert Park has a dilemma with these type of situations (heard from law enforcement and business owners). If you can afford to drive through, DO NOT STOP ANYWHERE IN OR NEAR ROHNERT PARK. To the owner's response, I have researched and even heard straight from the officers mouth. Your lack of sympathy just confirms how horrible the place is. Maybe you should invest in some outside cameras for customer's safety.

What the H3LL happened to this place? My husband had stayed here 2 times in the past...both being good experiences, hence why we chose to stay there again. This time the front desk woman seemed bothered that she had to get up from her chair to check me in. Got to the room and it was terribly dirty. Sink in had coffee grounds in it, walls and mirror were splattered with....? 😳 Greasy fingerprints on table tops. Hair (not mine) in the shower. The WORST most DISGUSTING part was the towel. I reached for what I assumed was AT LEAST a clean towel....started drying off and noticed there were long hairs stuck to my leg...(again NOT MINE). I opened up the towel and saw a wad of knotted up long hair in my "clean" towel. 🤢 Never again! Plenty of other hotels in town.

I’m currently staying here due to my home being flooded. I’m here with my two children and my husband. The hotel itself is very nice, the room is a little small for the four of us but that was to be expected. They have a gym, “heated” pool, and laundry for guests which is nice considering we are forced to be here right now. My two complaints as of right now would have to be the lack of hospitality from the staff and the breakfast. The breakfast just doesn’t offer any fresh options. It’s made up of pre packaged foods and cereal. Then the waffle makers of coarse but we’ve tried them twice now and they are gooey every time. There’s honestly more condiment selection than there is food. As for hospitality , when we checked in we weren’t shown anything, we were pointed in the direction of where we could find things, and too me a guest should be shown where things are and not left to figure it out for themselves. At breakfast yesterday they were out of spoons (at 7AM) and there was no one standing out front to ask, I saw an employee behind the front desk through their window and she just stood there staring at me through the glass while I was waiting for her to help me and then acted like it wasn’t her job when she went back into the kitchen to get us one. Then today takes the cake, I had to go get groceries so I wasn’t having to buy fast food for my family every single day/meal. I came in and asked where the carts were (holding my one year old baby and mind you it’s like 49 degrees outside) again they point in the direction I need to go which is the opposite of where I’m parked. So I’m pulling the cart in to go out the doors that were close to my car as her and another employee are having social hour and watch me struggle with the cart and my baby going through doors that aren’t automatic without even bothering to at the very least open a door for me. I go outside and load my groceries and go around the building to the automatic door since the staff can’t bother to be helpful even though there’s no one here. So carrying my son and pushing my cart they can’t even bother to help me get into the elevator. Unload my groceries on the third floor and have to take the cart and my baby all the way back to down to put it back. It’s not that hard to make your guests feel welcome/comfortable but this staff doesn’t even care to do at least...

We arrived late after a LONGGGGG delay at the airport rental car counter. The hotel is right at an expressway exit amongst a bunch of others. It’s an extended stay place, so the parking lot was mostly filled with construction workers kind of vehicles. We’ve had decidedly mixed experiences with places like this, Some of them pretty bad. Thankfully this one is way on the good end of that spectrum. Jesse, the midnight shift desk clerk, welcomed us with a kind greeting. The check in experience was quick and painless, even though we were traveling with our dog which sometimes makes things difficult. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Breakfast the next morning was pretty typical for this sort of place, but did have some good healthy eating alternatives. Much better than usual coffee, Too. I was especially thankful that unlike many others they do not have the waffle makers with the painfully piercingly loud alert beeper constantly going. Beds in the rooms are super comfortable, rooms are clean and spacious. Only one minor complaint is the desk chair feature that raises and lowers it was broken. I called the desk and one of the staff members tried to find another one, and after checking six different rooms they all had the same problem, so management take note. It’s time to find some replacements. Kudos for the staff people going above and beyond to try to find one that...
