Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in El Reno

This is the second incident my husband has had over having a propane tank filled. This time, he went there and had two 20-pound tanks that are current in good inspection date. As I sat listening to the conversation the associate had with my husband, I was without words. I overheard the whole conversation. He stated to him that he would not fill the tanks he had at home even though they had been recertification. My husband told him he has had the other tanks filled 2 times since he had them inspected and that the store manager was the one that filled them. The associate then stated he didn't care if they had been inspected, that he would refuse them even when he had never seen them. Our tanks are in perfect shape, and all are certified according to the law requirements. At this point, this isn't a safety issue it is an issue that they just don't want to provide propane. Changing from 5* to 1*.

Worst customer service I have ever had at any tractor supply. Melody I believe was the individual and was too concerned with her phone over doing her job. Four customers in line and she just stood there doing essentially nothing. I bought a bag of feed, it took 10 minutes to process transaction as she kept talking on phone to customer who had question, while playing in her cell phone and trying to carry on a conversation with a male employee on if something was in stock.

Eventually she stood there staring at me and I asked for my change from 100$ bill and she hatefully hands it over after having to recount MULTIPLE times. Took LITERALLY ANOTHER minute to get receipt.

People behind me just left items where they stood and said they were going to Atwoods. Very sad bc I love this...

I was warned about this store all the way in Hugo Oklahoma almost 4 hours away and so many people in okc thought they were just being dramatic (they were not ) these folks (manager specifically bout the rudest dumbest dip wad cali karen I’ve ever met tractor supply may as well close that location cause nobody goes there dip wad didn’t even know ow how to hook up a propane connection properly pure luck he didn’t pop my tank valve and wanted to fight when I asked him if his nozzle had a pop vavle installed such a disgrace to an otherwise nationwide company known for hospitality I’ve bin to dozens of locations and never seen tractor supply tolerate this under their brand as they told me do not go to...
