It was nice to have someone else take the reins on a virtual event for once, everyone had fun and it was coordinated well. Angela was very responsive in the planning process and all drinks kits arrived with great timing. Why should other groups use their services? It was easy to set up and nice to have an outside party plan instead of always the HR or event planning team If you could tell FCA to fix or improve something to make the process or experience better, what would it be? better prep for the zoom requirements. Maybe a list of all settings that need to be enabled on the host end prior to starting the event so everything runs smooth. I am a meeting planner and we contracted with FCA to host some wellbeing sessions at my organization's virtual convention. We had a Beach Brain session, a yoga class, and a "Say No to Stress" mindfulness session (all virtual). FCA made my planning easy! FCA has partnerships with great speakers/instructors and our wellbeing sessions were ranked among our best in our surveys. Fit City Adventures was great about answering all my questions and ensuring all the bases were covered prior to the event so everything went smoothly on the day. We did the Mermaids & mimosas activity for a bachelorette party of 10 people!
