I was so excited to try the food here, because it's all vegan! I got the carne asada fries, and the slidders. I recommend the sliders! The impossible patties were so flavorful and the toppings made it a balanced, zesty, full bite every time! The carne asada fries were pretty good, but I didn't love the way the seitan (the "carne asada" was seasoned. The texture was a little off too. I've had better loaded vegan fries, but these were good - not great. I recommend it if you're in the area and want a small bits along with a drink (alcoholic or non). I'm not a big fan of alcohol, but my friend who is really enjoyed their selection and variety! A very pleasant experience but not the best vegan food I've had! Still...

It's a great place to have a hearty beer. The menu is somewhat downscaled masquerading as a "i dont care enough to be fancy" choice. But the food items are prepared with care and in a timely manner. The draft beer i had was refreshing and very well bodied.

Service... is a bit cold, almost like the server/bartender was rushing when there weren't many things to rush for. As i looked around, I took notice of the decor. The board above the drafts seems cute and light, but it reminds me of the low maintenance diners one can find in middle America and not in an appealing way. The decor on the walls has not been cleaned in a while, evidenced by the thick dust layer on them.

But overall a good place for a...

Not a bad location.

Spots kinda tough on parking.

Haven't tried the food yet, but the beer selection wasn't to bad.

Update:

This place is surprisingly family friendly, they make good use of there space as seating can end up being fairly limited when it gets busyer. But the kids always end up having a good time, there's a nice Gelato shop next door that they're always excited to stop at.

There vegan food here is actually pretty good, the meat definitely doesn't have the same texture as really meat, a little "squishy" but still tasty nonetheless. My girlfriend has wanted to go back a few times based off the food alone, so yah I'll call it a win and update my...

Wow! What a place to eat and drink at! First off, this is a vegan restaurant so if that’s not your thing, I’d highly recommend going somewhere else for food. I used to work for this company right when they blew up and before this place was finished and I must say I am impressed by how this spot became to be. It’s much more spacious than the north park location and has a kitchen which features a ton of great and monstrous vegan plates. The burrito is huge and so good! The beer, oh the beer!! If you love good craft beer, meet here, because they brew some of the best in the city! Cheers old team, keep up the great work!
