This was our third year at the 5 Ojo Inn. We've never gone anywhere this many times, much less in a row. The 5 Ojo Inn is in every sense of the word a luxury destination on a par with 4 Star hotels we've stayed at. The linens and towels are luxurious. The rooms and suites are immaculate. There was a jacuzzi tub in our room, a sitting room and a beautiful and very comfortable bed.||There is also a hot tub on the back deck in the common area. Further, the deer come right up into the lawn area at dusk to say hello. In years past, it was just a few. However, this year it was 10 or 12 in the little herd.||When we arrived and checked in, we decided we were hungry for an early dinner. we unpacked, grabbed our jackets and stepped opened the door to step outside - instantly realizing it had started raining. We were slightly disappointed that we were going to get wet; it was a short walk to the car in the parking lot. As we stepped out, there laying against the door frame to our room was an umbrella that had suddenly appeared. There was one in front of the door to all the other rooms, too. This is what luxury hospitality properties do - they anticipate needs and desires before they become needs or even desires.||Also, fresh baked cookies were delivered to the rooms each afternoon.||The breakfast was incredible, as always. We were there three nights/mornings and we had a wonderful breakfast each and every morning - different each time.||We had nice meals each day for lunch and dinner, including a favorite Italian restaurant just down and around the corner - walking distance - from the 5 Ojo Inn. There is mass transit that stops at the front door to the 5 Ojo, as well as a tram for guided tours. We parked our car at the Inn and didn't need to use it again until it was time to leave.||Eureka Springs always offers lots to see, eat and drink with a laid back atmosphere that makes it easy to relax, rest and unwind. We highly recommend the 5 Ojo Inn to any individual, couple or family wanting a unique,...

For our first ever B&B stay I did an extensive amount of research and 5 Ojo lived up to all the hype. We got a small military discount and they remembered my milk allergy in every way.

The B&B was easy to find and we had assigned parking for our suite, loved that. Due to COVID restrictions check in simply involved going into our room and finding the key on the bed. Check would be just the reverse! We had the Wedgewood Suite for 3 nights in late April and it was exactly as detailed online.

The king size bed was incredibly comfortable and full of pillows. There was ample seating and even a cute tv. Outlets are a little tricky to find and the bathroom eaves can hang low--this is all to be expected in a converted Victorian so we had no complaints. The rooms had good walls because we never heard the full house of guests we saw every morning at breakfast. You're provided sumptuous giant robes at your shower and we used them at the back patio hot tub, and for general suite lounging.

My favorite detail will be the food--hence all the photos of it! We were given little bags of fresh homemade cookies each afternoon, our room got double so I could have dairy-free ones. How thoughtful! Breakfast was delicious and creative every morning, just what you need to get around Eureka Springs' hills. I'll be dreaming of that Cinnamon French Toast for years...

The B&B is an often steep 10 minute walk to downtown, well worth it to see the darling neighborhoods and save on...

This beautiful, comfortable B&B benefits from gorgeous Arkansas scenery and the quirky resort town of Eureka Springs.

But this spot would excel wherever it was located, because the management understands hospitality. These folks could teach a master class on comfort and value.

I stayed in the Honeymoon suite with my wife for our first wedding anniversary. We drank sparkling wine on the porch swing looking out over the ravine. The bed was ridiculously comfortable and the shower and tub were clean with great water pressure.

But the biggest perk was how wonderful my vegan breakfasts were. Best example: beautiful baked apple with oatmeal crumble; just egg and vegan sausage with pesant potatoes, and the sweetest wedge of fresh cool watermelon. OMG, the fresh cherry tomatoes were sweet and savory. They even included a vegan cookie withe their signature afternoon treat.

It's such an imposition to be vegan when you travel. To be accommodated so thoughtflly, and with such care is beyond memorable. The innkeeper even sent me back to our suite with plant-based milk for my coffee.

Bravo to this crew....

Could not recommend this place MORE!!! My husband and I stayed in the Carriage House for his birthday weekend and it was the best part of our visit to Eureka Springs! :) The room was clean and super cozy, the fireplace and jacuzzi were romantic and worked well, the robes were soft, bed was comfy, and the FOOD.... OMG the food was AMAZING! We looked forward to breakfast each morning! The owners cook and serve the food and make a point to visit with each guest at their table to give suggestions on places to visit. Definitely a stark contrast to your typical hotel stay! This was our first experience with a Bed and Breakfast and I think we may be spoiled for future trips lol when we come back to Eureka Springs, we will definitely stay here again! I also got the birthday cake and charcuterie board to have in our room for when we arrived (as a surprise to my husband) and it was presented so well and tasted delicious! On the second day, after we came back to our room after being out all day, we found a sweet treat... cookies hanging on our door handle :) It's the little things! We can't wait to come back! :)

This places reputation is well deserved. The rooms are clean and well maintained, despite being a turn of the century property. Its the small details that make the stay. My wife liked the sheets, and there are plenty of places to sit and chill around the property. We didnt use the communal hot tub, it did look clean and maintained. We also had a large jet tub/shower in our room, that was a little tricky getting out of wet. The fluffy complimentary robes were a welcome touch after bathing. Food was, WOW! Can't say enough about the excellent breakfasts. The gluten free breakfasts were some of the best I've ever had, anywhere. My companions breakfast, according to them, were excellent as well. One really nice touch was the fresh baked cookies we found in our rooms the second day of our stay. Yes, there were gluten free ones for me! If I had to make one criticism, it would be that the property next door is occupied by bad neighbors. They added some quirkiness to our stay, but didnt detract from the overall experience.

I'm giving this place three stars primarily because of one significant problem that I'll get to shortly. We arrived late, about 10:30PM which by itself wasn't a problem because we had instructions on how to get into our unit (the Willow Cottage Room). We entered the room, and it seemed nice with attractive furniture and other furnishings. I used the toilet without incident, but when my wife used it, it wouldn't flush, so I had to take the lid off the tank and manually move the float to fill the tank. Having to do this for each flush pretty much ruined the mood of the evening. Given the late hour, I wasn't going to call the owners for a repair, but when I reported the problem the next day, I wasn't offered anything beyond "sorry, it was working before you arrived". Other than that, the owner was quite congenial, the linens were nice, and the breakfast was tasty. Back to the negative side, the shower put out water at a very slow rate.
