What a wonderful experience! We bought a bracelet, ring and feet inserts. Annie was the person that helped us and she is fantastic. I was in the store a few weeks prior and did not buy because I was waiting to get my family back there. I don't recall the gentleman's name that helped me that day but he also was awesome. My mother is 82 shuffles when she walks, then she had a head injury and was really weak and basically barley able to walk, so we bought her a cane. When we literally walked out of Body Tune Plus door... we all could SEE the difference with mom! If you have not been to Eureka Springs the main street area downtown is uneven sidewalks, steps up and down, bumps and not the easiest to get down the street if your having walking issues like my mother. She dumped the cane within 5 minutes out the door. I have not seen her walk with a stride in YEARS! That is something you could not fake it if you wanted to. She did not have any issues walking steps and up hill. To say we were shocked is a total understatement! I'm someone who believes in these products "prior" to walking into the store but to "visually see" the "massive difference" all most immediately was truly shocking! The family told her to never take it off... in fact we told her to go buy one for each arm and each leg...lol. We cannot wait to see the long term difference in the other areas she has health issues with. My son got the shoe inserts and he could tell a big difference while wearing them. I don't have any issues to be able to notice a difference for me but my ring has not left my finger since we walked out and frankly...

Jaci was amazing in how she explained how this jewelry and other products work! I'm not one that is easily approachable and certainly don't care for others to touch me, but she put me at great ease and the balance test after holding the bracelet was an experience I will never forget! She gave us 2 free patches and although we didn't purchase anything at that time we decided to wear these and see how we felt. The next day we returned and met with Rosemary and purchased the bracelet! I suffer with alot of chronic pain, a Traumatic brain injury with multiple facial reconstructive surgeries. I cant begin to explain how much better i feel now! Rosemary offered a couple of patches and CBD cream for my fiance who has had trouble with a knee replacement. We put the cream on his knee and continued with our day. He was amazed at how much it helped! Rosemary was very professional and encouraging with sharing so much information.

We ended up at another store in Branson that day and Jaci was there! I was so pleased to see her! I will be posting another 5 Star review on that store also! We purchased a ring there for my fiance and he feels amazing, pain has lightened up and he feels so much better overall. He's 65 and I'm almost 60, but these products are making such a huge difference on so...

Don’t waste your time or money and get suckered in like I did! I am all in favor of holistic treatments and am a firm believer in EO’s so I bought a ring to try. I feel like all I got was a cheap ring sold at a high markup that so far has done absolutely nothing for me. I work hard for my money and feel I just wasted almost $100. which hurts bc I saw they had a no return policy which was never mentioned to me at the time of purchase. I have seen no noticeable difference in any of my symptoms which it claimed to help. The owner responded to my review offering a different metal but the ring I purchased IS sterling silver. Also, yes you try the jewelry on at the time of purchase but you are told it does not work immediately and it can take up to two weeks to feel any results so saying you try it on at the time of purchase will not prove results according to your own sales staff. If you really believed in your product you would offer a money back guarantee and again, it was never mentioned to me at the time of the sale that there is a no return policy. I should have...
