Too bad I can't give less than a 1 star review. I'd been following this place on Instagram and was so excited to try their dochi donuts. I arrived with my two young sons and when we walked in to the store, not one of the 4 employees greeted us. After waiting, one girl walked over to take our order - half dozen of various flavors. My 3 year old had a bathroom emergency so I took him to the potty. While I was helping him, the donuts got knocked off the counter and all but one fell on the bathroom floor. It was an ACCIDENT. The manager offered to give me 50% off the price of a 1/2 dozen, but was only going to give me 5 donuts. That means for 6 donuts it was going to end up costing me $25. I said no thank you and asked if I could get my money back. She said no and not even in a semi-nice way. I informed her I'd be disputing the transaction and leaving a negative review. In the future I'll drive 45 minutes to the East End Market in Orlando if I want a dochi donut. Not only did you lose money AND the donuts that fell on the floor, you also lost a return customer. I will be spreading the word about how TERRIBLE your customer service is. My overall experience was that of feeling like a burden for being in the store. Save your time and your money.

In response to the owner: YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL SUCKS. Even if I made a poor decision bringing my donuts in the restroom, I was trying to get my child to the toilet quickly so they didn't have an accident on your floor. I can't imagine the kind of treatment I would have been given if poop or pee got on the...

Absolutely love the variety of food here, I’ve gone 4 times and ordered different beverages each time and enjoyed all of them. Everything was great, except for the staff. 3/4 times I’ve had a negative experience, wasn’t even the same girl every time. The first time I was like, okay, maybe she’s just having a bad day. Honestly she wasn’t even really being rude, she just seemed annoyed. Second time it happened, the employee was just straight up being passive aggressive. Third time, the lady who took my order was just snobby and impatient, but that wasn’t even the problem. After my drink was placed on the counter, a couple seconds later she made a nasty comment on how my drink looked. Which… confused me??? Don’t you… work at a boba shop? I don’t think I even ordered a weird combination, tasted great and looked fine to me. Don’t know if she thought she was being quiet or not, I don’t even have a problem with you not liking my order. If you’re going to judge it, at least wait until the customer walks out of the building first. I looked through the reviews before this, I’m not even the only one who’s experienced something like this.

I’m so happy I found this place! It’s kind of small but they do have a couple of tables where you can sit to eat or drink. They even sell stuff like ramen, unique flavored chips, anime drinks and many other things. They have many flavors of the popping boba pearls or you can get the actual tapioca pearls which are chewy and taste so good. So far I tried the Taro (purple one), Oreo and the crème brulee. The mochi donuts are so fluffy, crispy and chewy at the same time. The prices are decent, I usually order a large cup because the small one is very small and they don’t have a medium. I didn’t get the chance to try their food bowls yet but I might one day. I will be coming back...
