I stayed in this hotel 10 years ago and was pleasantly surprised as it didn't feel like a budget hotel||Now “budget hotel” is too nice of a word. It feels like a crack house or dog kennel||They originally put me in a room where the walls were chewed up the chair was filty and broken. I wouldnt have wven let a dog sit on it||It was a non smoking room but it smelled of weed||So they moved me to their “best room” beliw people who live in the hotel and were partying and smoking weed||The new room smells of weed, the lock on the door has been ripped off and is hanging by one of four screws. . The too of the coffee maker is broken off and missing, the chair is again disgusting and stained and not stable to sit in. The desk’s lamenant had been melted and is bubbled (someone was cooking or melting something on it. The closet rod is broken off rendering “no closet”. All the light fixtures are rusted and the shades are very dirty two have what looks like dried blood on them. The toilet paper hold is broken off, the shower curtain rode is broken and barley hanging on, the shower was dirty a d the walls in the bathroom were dirty with what might have been coffee or vomit. I could go on and on. The bathroom handle is broken off||The bedspread was filthy, but the sheets were clean and what I would expect from a budget hotel. The towels were clean but very worn, again as I would expect from a budget hotel||Outside the room is piles of garbage and cigarette butts “months worth”||I told the staff person that the room was not acceptable and that I didn’t feel safe as a woman traveling alone and not being able to lock the door. He assured me that”none if the rooms have locks”. Anyone breaking in would need a key. I explained someone obviously already broke in as the lock was ripped off the wall ||I said it was not acceptable or safe and i wanted a refund and he refused but then told me to make sure I empty out my car!!!||I took pictures and sent to my husband who is appalled||I called customer service and they said they would review my claim in the next 30 days. ||However my option is to lose my $140 buck if i go somewhere else or I stay in this crack house room and feel unsafe||The lobby where breakfast is served has no air conditioner and it is 95 degrees||The pool is closed and no explanation of why||I travel all the time and stay in buget places and high end places depending on the length of my stay . I do budget when i just need a place to rest for a night when on a road trip|This is the worst place I have ever stayed||Once in Montreal the hotel we reserved was pretty horrible. We arrived at 900 at nignt. That hotel refunded our prepaid reservation and also booked us...

My Husband and I rented Our room .. the manager that checked us in was very nice and we have Our service dogs .. she was accommodating and nice. We rented Our room for 5 nights with no stress or hassle. A person was hired and when We rented Our room another night and We went to check in .. there new staff member was very rude She tried to refuse to check us into our motel room. Because we didn't have a photo ID of our service dogs. Which is illegal. We had already spoke to the manager when we had first checked into our motel room and showed her our doctor's note. At any time, an establishment is allowed to ask if the animal is a service animal and what service they provide. At any time, a handler is allowed or permitted to provide a doctor's documentation or note to the establishment which we did provide. We also brought one of our service dogs to the front door in our car so that the manager and staff could see that she was well behaved and that we weren't lying and that we legitimately have service dogs. their rooms are very clean and nice. The manager was very nice. They have a nice pool. They could use to update their laundry room. And either have better communication with their third party service company provider Or have their own laundry room. Their laundry room was constantly out of service, Their parking lot is too small and a car accident waiting to happen. They allow people to park and block parts of the sidewalk, which makes it difficult for anybody who is handicapped or physically disabled to walk on with a Walking aid/device. There we're loud parties and drugs. My service dogs are trained to warn and protect me thankfully there barked a few times and cried to warn me of the men smoking pot near our door. Cigarettes, pot smoke and heavy perfume smells near me can irritate My nose and I'm not against anybody smoking cigarettes or pot for municipal purposes but it should be done responsibly and not near somebody else's room and near non...

My wife , two kids and myself unfortunately stayed there for two weeks. The room was ok for the first couple days. Then the air conditioner leaked all over the floor. They switched the room for us. The microwave, I guess you can say worked. But turntable middle part was missing. The night shift lady was rude as hell from the moment we checked in. Complaining about how she was called in. The pool was not good. Could not see your feet. The second day there the lady came up to our room saying that , even though I was outside the door was cracked a bit , that is a way to lose our deposit. Then saying that on the reservation it was just my wife and myself. So we owed them $50 for our kids to swim. Next the room key was not working so my daughter went to get it fixed. She was told that we have two keys so she wouldn't fix it. I went down and she called my kid a lier. She came up the next to the last day we were to be there saying that the kids were stealing coffee, creamers and sugar. When I told her that I would handle them she was mad. Gave me attitude. When I stepped one foot closer she was like I'm an employee here and we need to leave. She called the cops and made us leave. And no deposit was given back. She said hotel policy. From what I see on here they keep all the deposits. Do not stay here. Worse front desk lady and as for the free breakfast. You get a granola bar or a small pack of donuts and a bottle of water. That is their idea of...

DONT! JUST SAVE YOUR MONEY! This Super 8 has no respect for the traveler! We stayed 3 nights and law enforcement was called every night sometimes more than once! The manager refused to do anything to help with the noise...3 nights of beating banging slamming stomping screaming people above us. The manager, Gita I believe is her name told us the people had lost everything in hurricane Matthew and that the Department of Social Services should just "take" their kids, stated she had multiple problems with them...so why where they still there?! We lost 271 got zero sleep and to add insult to injury she thought a bottle of grape juice was a resolution...Super8 Corporate office has refused to intervene on our behalf...they and The Wyndham Properties have contracts with the property owners allowing them to take a week to resolve the issue themselves meanwhile you won't be local and able to do anything...there was also no heat in our first room, safety latch was broken, there was a gaping hole in the bathroom ceiling, exposed nails, and the sidewalk is littered with trash, rolls of carpet, furniture, and empty food containers... SAVE YOUR MONEY SLEEP IN THE CAR!

Travelers Beware!!! Do Not Stay Here!!! Checked in the person was not friendly. Was admitted to telling me that my stay was not refundable for anything and repeated it 2x. I walk in the room. There was no fire alarm on the wall. The sink was cracked in half. The faucet unit was rocking back and forth when pushed. The shower curtain rod was hanging off the hinges. Unable to close the shower curtain. There were cigarette holes in the bedding, and it was a non-smoking room!! The end table handle was only Hanging On by one Bolt. The microwave looks like somebody set it on fire in the inside. I went to the front desk and told the person. Stating I didn't want to be charged for the all the things broken in the room. Asked if she could but me in an other room. Stated only had 1 other room but the lock is broken to the front door. Stated she would make a note of everything that was wrong with the current room .So I wouldn't be charged. I went back to the room. Showed & tried to sleep. Was woken up by a roach crawling on my arm!!!! I checked out right after that!!! Not even there 4 hours!!!

AVOID THIS ONE. Don't waste your time and money!! On a family vacation, we stayed for an overnight in early July 2024. There were significant cleanliness, safety, and service issues. • Exterior has trash in landscaping, parking lot, and around dumpster. • Local police have a sign posted in the parking lot warning to remove valuables and use a door bolt. • Room smelled of cat pee. • Bedsheets had blood stains. Bed cover had a cigarette burn hole. • Room wall was scarred and muddled. • Toilet was made level by a wad of shipping tape. • Lamp was coated in rust, and USB port unserviceable. Shade was broken. Mirror not wiped. • We requested additional towels and were told there weren't any. • Old fire alarm was duct taped over. • We were woken throughout the night to dog barking in the rooms to either side of us. • I missed breakfast at 9:06am. (Breakfast was 6-9am, and was Nutrigrain bar and water bottle.) Manager behind front desk never smiled and was terse about me asking for breakfast.
