
6/28/24- What's not to love about Shooter's! A family favorite for over 30 years! The view is amazing! The vibe is "Monte Carlo Resort"Casual! Yachts drifting by galore! The menu has something for everyone! Everything is delicious! Of course today 6/28/24 it was brutally hot at lunchtime.. 2:30pm.. no matter what I wanted to sit outside near the water! After awhile I had to move inside.. there wasn't even a breeze and there usually is... My server was amazing! Jesse was attentive, patient and very accommodating! I ordered the Moscato from New Zealand and it was crisp and cold and delicious! Because it was so hot outside I had to rethink my entree . I tried a new salad for me... the Burrata Watermelon Salad.. yes it was cold and a great presentation.. The Burrata was creamy and yummy.. The watermelon was like a watermelon steak. A huge round thick cut with a ton of pomegranate seeds and arugula on top with the Burrata on top of that.. it comes with two large pieces of focaccia bread.. it was good but I wouldn't order it again.. the focaccia was hard and dry not stale but not great. I would have preferred the watermelon cut up in pieces.. only the center of the watermelon steak was ripe.. but that's just me.. I always order the shrimp and scallops over risotto which is fantastic and either the calamari or their coconut shrimp all are amazing. Next time..oh! Their Cheeseburgers are also delicious! The service is 5 Star from the hostess to the server to the bartenders to the bussers! Family and pet friendly! It's always a nostalgic experience for me! I'm definitely a fan! I highly recommend! 4/26/24-Shooter’s has been a favorite tradition of our family for over 30 years! Today was a family reunion and it was a magical and delicious culinary experience! I set up a reservation and we were greeted by a wonderful hostess! They graciously honored my reservation request and we literally had the best table with the best view ever!!Wow! Outside in the shade right on the intracoastal with spectacular views of the passing yachts! Michael D- was our server/host and offered the most attentive professional service we’ve ever had! Please ask for Michael D- if you want exemplary service! We ordered drinks first and the calamari to start! I ordered the coconut cream mojito and it was delicious! The calamari was crispy and piping hot with the lemon aioli! Enjoying our drinks and the view we decided on the shrimp and scallops over the risotto! The shrimp and scallops were cooked perfectly! The risotto was creamy and so heavenly delicious and tasty! Seared Brown Butter Scallops & Shrimp Roasted red pepper, corn & goat cheese risotto, Lemon arugula coulis Maybe the best we’ve ever had! We were full but had to have dessert! I ordered the Coconut Cream Cheesecake and we also had the Apple pie! Both huge portions enough to share!Absolutely delicious ! Two cappuccino’s! Also delicious! I highly recommend! Definitely ask for Michael D- for exemplary service!

Now I have moved back to South Florida and I came back for my Birthday Celebration! Finding a renovated Shooters and it's beautiful with a new trendy menu! My server was Susan and she was delightful...This was an emotional homecoming for me.. I ordered the Watermelon gazpacho which was the daily special and it was so delicious! Fresh and vibrant! Then I ordered the Scallops and shrimp risotto, also delicious! The scallops were cooked perfectly! Of course the atmosphere and scenery is relaxing and mesmerizing! It was a very hot day but I wanted to sit close to the water and with the umbrella and a breeze I was fine outside! Especially watching the Yachts go by....Can't wait to come back! Read moreFrom start to finish, the experience at this restaurant was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. As a party of 16, we had a reservation that we still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated at. We didn’t make a big deal about it, but the rude hostess clearly set the tone for how the rest of the night would go. As we’re settling down at the table, Cheyenne’s FIRST greeting was a “are we aware that we have a cake cutting fee?!?!?!”. Honestly, I had no idea what her name was until I finally saw the name on the receipt. There are multiple people within our party that currently work in the service industry, including me, and I have NEVER approached a table in that way. It was just extremely odd and the rest of the time was us waiting 10+ minutes for every request that was made - including condiments for the table. The pace of the night was so slow, by the time we got our appetizers, we have already been sitting there for almost 1.5 hours. I also ordered the cucumber drink, which came out with CHUNKS of cucumbers that I had to literally chew with every sip I took (I obviously sent it back - but was initially hesitant as I knew I’d be waiting at least 30 minutes for just the server to return back and for the bartender to actually make a new drink). We also ordered a simple Jack and Coke, which came out wrong. We literally had to walk ourselves to the bar to have it fixed because we knew we’d be waiting a while just to re-order the right one with the server. Once the entrees finally came out, it was just another round of disappointment. I ordered the $45 ribeye entree that came out looking worse than an order at Outbacks. The steak tasted SO bland that I literally had to use salt and ketchup to somewhat enjoy it (which I had to wait 10 minutes to receive). Not even the cheap sauce that they lather on top of the steak helped. Because of how slow the service was, we had to beg other workers to help us retrieve anything else. At one point, a server named MARI clearly was trying to ignore our request for help, until we finally make it obvious to which she made this shocked look on her face as if it’s so hard to grab an extra plate for us. She was completely disgusting to interact with and she should not be working in the service industry if she can’t handle grabbing a singular plate for a table that wasn’t hers. There was a LIST of issues with the entirety of the evening, that we clearly wanted to speak to a manager at this rate. It took the manager almost 25 minutes to finally approach us. Initially - he passed by us and told us to give him a few minutes. And we see him walk past again and finally addresses our concerns after the 20 minutes of waiting. Keep in mind - it’s almost closing time for them and it wasn’t busy at this point. There’s NO REASON for a manager to take as long as he did to approach us. But again, I’m not surprised given the attitudes and incompetence from everyone else that works there. He offered to buy a round of drinks for our table, but we obviously said no as we did not want to spend another 5 minutes at this place that should be rated much lower than it is. The experience was so bad, we didn’t even want to cut the cake by the end of the night. I am happy and blessed to say that I would never come back, or recommend it, and content that I get to share this review with other people to see before wasting a crap...

After eating one of us became really ill. I was the closest to her so I assisted with keeping her calm, and responsive until the EMT arrived. Within that timeframe I walked back to our waterfront table to get my purse. I then tracked down the waiter to pay for my bill. He did not have a bill so he asked me what did I have to draw up a bill on the spot for me to pay! I explained what I had and handed him my card. Once the transaction was finished I ask for the balance to tell the last individual and the waiter said it was zero! I was confused because I did not physically see her pay at the table. The waiter could see that was confused and said, “oh yeah she paid the remaining balance already. I will tell my boss to do a refund.
I assumed he was refunding the other person as I had just paid for my food. But that’s not the case, he refunded me instead and told me to give the other person my portion of the bill. My response to that was, well sir Why wouldn’t you refund her because I just paid my bill and obviously you knew the balance was zero before you took my card. He said he could not refund her because she paid with cash. In my mind, cash payments are faster to refund especially since we hadn’t left the restaurant but I let it go because my main concern was the person’s health not the bill that we had both paid for.
As I’m waiting for the EMT to get her situated in the ambulance. I asked the waiter again, so your manager processed my refund and I’m to give her the total check amount and your tip? He said yes because the tip wasn’t included.
Fast forward to Monday, I have not received my refund and we finally have time, energy, and mental capacity to deal with the foolishness. We spoke with the Restaurant’s General Manager and it appeared to us like he could care less about our concerns but he said he would investigate the incident and give her a call back later that day. I tried to give him my information and he refused it. He then turned to me and said he process the refund and it will be back in my account in 2 -3 business days and if I don’t see it in my account by Wednesday give him a call.
Balance was still pending as of Thursday so we had to go back up there. At this point we have given the waiter the bill and the tip in cash and 1/2 the bill and 20% tip in credit. Everyone is aware of the waiter’s attempt to scam us and take money from his own employer. One of the other managers promises us that if they find he had ill intentions he would be terminated immediately. The GM was in a meeting and everyone else that was available was unable to help as he is their boss.
She finally talks with HR they refund her money in the form of a shooters credit. Meanwhile, I have yet to hear back from anyone, transaction still pending and the waiter that tried to take advantage of us and essentially stole from Shooters is still working there most likely scamming other guest whenever he can!
I will never return to Shooters again! Highly disappointed in how they handled...
