Amazing experience! I've been wanting to try an IV spa for awhile now. I heard good things by word of mouth about this location and I decided to try it out and I'm glad I did! The wellness specialists Jovan (paramedic) and Michelle (RN) waited on me and they were outstanding. They explained all the vitamins, IV drips, and listened to my health concerns and gave me their full attention. Jovan administer the IV, which I was actually most concerned about. I'm a little afraid of needles but, I felt the benefits out weighted the fear. Regardless, I didn't even feel the needle. I've never had a more comfortable IV in my life. Ask for him by name, he's outstanding. Michelle took me back to the massage chairs and hooked me up to the IV drip and walked me through the whole procedure. She made me completely comfortable. I can't say enough about her hospitality. The MASSAGE chairs alone are worth the membership. I walked out feeling relaxed and excited I put my wellness first for once! I highly recommend it....

I walked into this place not knowing what to expect. I thought oooh, this looks very high end. High end equates to really exspensive in my book. But I quickly changed my thought process when I met Rachel. She sat down with me and we talked about my concerns and what I thought I needed. Then we came up with a plan together. She explained the costs to me and they actually weren't bad(I would say a little over median costs for this type of service) . She also didn't let me waste my money on things that I didn't need at the time. They're very clean, and very attentive. They have massage chairs and regular chairs so you can be comfortable in either. And they have blankets incase your cold blooded like myself. The staff really do care about their patients. Just wanted to send out kudos for the outstanding customer satisfaction provided by Rachel and Roy. The traffic was horrendous on the Florida Turnpike and an accident on Sunrise Blvd. Everyone’s time is important and yet Rachel and Roy waited while I sat in snail-crawling traffic coming from near Miami. I had been looking forward to getting this drip and nutrients for weeks. Despite the late hour, both were patient with me and gave me high-level exceptional customer service.
