If zero stars where an option that is what I would have rated it. Yesterday my family and I went to BWW in lakeworth,tx for the 1st time. Waiters and waitresses were great, the shift manager Micheal Contreras was horrible! We decided to go there to enjoy some wings and watch the patriots game, the hostess asked us if we were there for a specific game we said yes the patriots game so she seated us just below a tv showing it, it was great, we ordered our appetizers and drinks and started watching the game, then we ordered our the kids their food and our food as well and more drinks, this place was not full at all for being a sunday afternoon to begin with, so when we were in the middle of the game enjoying our mozzarella sticks the game was changed! We asked our waitress to change the game back and she came back later saying that someone requested to change it, we said well we were sat there specifically because the game we were there to watch was on that tv, plus the game that it was changed to was on 4 other TVs plus a big screen. We asked to speak to the manager, that's when this man that should not be in the position to lead others came up to us and said straight out, I cant change the tv and we then calmly said that we were sat there to watch that tv specifically he didnt offer to change another tv with our game on since that other game was on so many TVs already, he didnt offer to change us to another empty table to watch our game on an other tv which they had many empty tables with tv. He just simply said no with attitude and went on saying that he didnt have to change anything. I could have brought that place down and started a scene but instead I made it a teaching opportunity for my 2 boys whom were listening to his tantrum and rudeness. I asked for his corporate number and he just laughed. My husband then got up and said we are not paying to eat here and have rude service by the "shift manager", Mr. Contreras said well there's nothing wrong with the food!! So we got up paid for food we didnt even eat because while he was there being rude we had just received our food! We lost our appetite and waisted food which is horrible. We will never be going back to Buffalo Wild Wings! MR. CONTRERAS should be let go! Even his employees came up to us as we were leaving apologizing for his attitude and saying that people always complain about his attitude. Corporate should really investigate this location and hire new management because there rating is going downhill. We love wings but will not be returning there, will take our...
Read moreWho is interested in reading about a story of poor management and mistreated employees? Last Tuesday I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with my 1 year old daughter and some friends. The place was busy and our wait was long but that is no issue at all. Our server came by to take our order, when he started starring off into space then dropped and had a seizure. Since I was one of the initial witnesses to this event I immediately jumped up started yelling for help and dialing 911. A few servers and I were by his side in attempts to help him as much as we could, getting him on his side and moving tables out of the way. As I speak to the dispatcher on the phone she is asking me questions about the man . I tell her what I can from gathering information from his wallet. Not a single person could assist me with his age or medical history. The dispatcher asks me for an address. The MANAGER does not know this information. Fumbles with his phone until he figures out how to pull up google. Frustrated at the lack of concern and knowledge of the MANAGER I grab his phone and inform the dispatcher the address of our location. (Lake Worth) While all of this is going on I continue to help the man, speaking to him easily trying to keep him calm and on the ground and letting the other server girl who is helping know what to do. I find out from other employees that he was one of 3 people who worked a double that day and received no break or food. The MANAGER sat back at a distance and just watched. Finally the medics arrived. The MANAGER tries to explain the situation and cannot tell them anything since he had not partook in helping whatsoever. So I let them know the situation and what happened and what has been done, giving all the information about this guy that I can. Remember I have a 1 year old sitting at the table while I do all of this. 45 minuets later, after he has been carried off to seek medical attention I return to my table in hopes to eat and leave. No Thank You was ever received by the MANAGER. He asked if there was anything he could do (once our food came out) and that was it. I did not do what I did for some award or anything like that. But a simple thank you for the MANAGER would have been appreciated. I have wrote two letters to the location itself and the corporate office with no response. Please know I will never return. I will also make sure I let every person know how poorly you run your business. Thank you for all who took the time to read this, I hope you reconsider your choice to eat at...
Read moreI finally made it in after it was closed for remodeling. My family and I used to come in quite frequently to have dinner before the renovation and loved it! Now, after renovation I had high hopes and was severely disappointed! Immediately after walking in, we were asked if we would like a booth or a table and when we asked for the booth option, a group of servers (or hosts I’m not sure) pointed at our table and we’re talking about how inconvenient it was that we wanted to sit at a booth. Mind you they were maybe 20 feet away from our table while saying this. The remodel is disappointing. They took out half of the restaurant to make the bar bigger and there’s may be a total of 20 tables in the whole restaurant. It definitely doesn’t have the same vibe and feel as it used to. Our server seemed like she had no idea what she was doing and when we said we needed to split the check once we get to that point she said “you needed the check split?” While, looking at us like we were stupid even though we mentioned we needed it split before we even ordered. The ranch we got had hair in it. Our server came to our table maybe twice the whole hour we were in there. It took us longer to get our food than it did for us to eat it. And the wings are the size of half of a McDonald’s chicken nugget. The management at Buffalo wild wings definitely needs to go to a training course because the servers have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. They also don’t know how to serve properly and treat customers. The blonde server- I think her name is Jordan, was the only one who looked like she knew what she was doing and genuinely cared about her tables. I don’t think I could ever go back which is disappointing because I was hoping to really enjoy...
