Avoid this place at all costs. I've ordered parts through the CL location for years, great people. I ended up needing a part after 4pm and CL was closed so I called Glen Ellyn and ordered my part through them. Was quoted $219, and told it would show up in 2 days. Never got an email confirmation, receipt, or anything. 2 days later I got an alert from Chase saying I was charged $350. I called Dreisilker right away to square it away, and spoke to Ron or Roy. He did not try and help whatsover, just kept telling me he couldnt help me since I didnt have an order number, then told me I shouldnt have lost the receipt. Then proceeded to hang up on me after about 30 seconds of us going back and forth because he didnt want to deal with it and there was "nothing he could do".
