I walked in was professionally greeting by Antonio Payne being in sales myself for 40 years lead me to be intrigued further cuz I just moved here to retire I had no bed or anything in talking with Antonio he went over the options of what I need vs what I wanted I never have bought a bed in my life knowing nothing he was patient and knowledgeable I laid in 6 different beds for an hour beauty rest sterns and foster and temper peptic or so and listening again what feels more comfortable to you no pressure felt anytime walked me through option's of each bed and let Antonio use his experience for me to make a decision what’s more comfortable and to my body type and do the product of elimination my choice not his at that point I was ready to make a decision and move forward I knew I didn’t have to buy anything but with Antonio his professionalism and no pressure I was ready to make a commitment he gained my trust as I did for many years in my profession I’ll be honest I walked in to just window shop to get pricing and options but Antonio was honest he did what ever successful salesperson does just listen to the customer so I decided to pull the plug and make a buy just so you know this was my first contact with Antonio never meet him before and this was my first store I went into because it was close to my residence I had plan to shop around but again with Antonio professionalism and knowledge and non pressure sales process I knew I was done stopping I know I’ll be happy with my decision and choice cuz I picked it not Antonio just a few other benefits you have a 4 month trial basis not happy with your choice get something different and many payment options I know I wrote a lot but important I let others know my experience and maybe someone else can benefit as I did without pressure of buying the most expensive bed I...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Review of the Purple Restore Premier Cool Touch 13" Hybrid Mattress

My partner and I recently purchased the Purple Restore Premier Cool Touch 13" Hybrid Mattress from the Mattress Firm located off Bell and Arrowhead on September 17, 2025, and we couldn't be happier with our decision!

From the moment we walked into the store, Brandon, our sales associate, made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and honest when it came to comparing different mattress options. We truly appreciated his advice and the time he took to ensure we found the perfect mattress for our needs. Not only did he provide us with a great discount, but he also arranged for free delivery, which was a fantastic bonus!

As for the delivery, it went smoothly after an initial hiccup due to road issues in our new housing development. The second attempt was fast, efficient, and thorough. Jose, the delivery technician, was outstanding. He took the time to explain how the tablet controls the mattress and adjusted the height to our desired level, ensuring everything was set up perfectly.

Now, regarding the mattress itself: it has exceeded our expectations in every way. It's comfortable, supportive, and truly lives up to its cool touch feature. We’ve been sleeping better than ever!

All I can say is WOW. Antonio did an amazing job! He not only took the time and patience that it takes when dealing with a toddler and a baby, he made us feel welcomed and didn't rush us in the slightest. I'm extremely picky whereas my fiancee could probably sleep just about anywhere. I tried so many different options in just about every price range and I ended up falling in love with the Purple. Only problem was my goal was to walk out spending less than $800. So he offered to look into our financing options and we were approved which totally covered the mattress I wanted. Problem after that because the one on clearance didn't come with an adjustable base which was the thing that drove me there in the first place. He somehow managed to not only get me the bed I REALLY wanted but also an adjustable base and stayed within my out-of-pocket budget. Even after that I was still torn between a lower priced bed that would've had very little out-of-pocket expenses and was pretty comfortable but nowhere near as comfortable as the Purple. The thing that finally made me decide on the Purple was Antonio's amazing patience and dedication to helping me pick, what I can only describe as, the bed of my dreams.
