In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Peoria

We were in town on a visit. We have heard of In-N-Out Burger, and always wanted to give them a try. So since the opportunity arose, we tried them. We spent a few days staying very close by before we were able to partake. We could see the never ending drive through line that always went around the building out of sight. So when we did stop in. We decided on just eating in the restaurant itself. We pulled into to the insanity that was the parking lot during the lunch hour. We fortunately, we able to find a spot to park. The drive through line, two wide was strung around the building and parking lot. It was amazing to see. We went inside to order. But the dining room was almost as chaotic as the parking lot. There were no seats to be had, and folks waiting for their fix of this nectar they crave. sSeeing this, we adapted quickly and decided on food to go, to take back to the hotel room. We ordered pretty much the only thing they make. Burgers, fries and drinks. The price was quite reasonable in todays high prices. The food was good. The burger itself reminded me of another burger chain that use to make your food fresh to order. They also used the red, white and yellow colors that one might confuse with In-N-Out. So the burger was outstanding purely on the fresh cooked, slightly greasy taste. It brought back memories of what a burger should be. The fries were good, but honestly, not all that great like a lot of the competition. But we're still good considering. So the meal itself was good. The environment also reminded me of burger shops way back when they were actually good. So all in all, this burger shop was very good when you take into account, the environment and food as a product or package. I say well done. I probably would have given five stars that I reserve only for outstanding on all fronts for a price point. But the fries were only average at best. Then the chaos of just visiting has to drag down a well deserved five to a four star. But to me. four stars is very good. I would take this over most burger shops. and that should...

Okay so I don't think I've ever been to an In N Out where the food wasn't delicious. So you'll get the same amazing food, prices,and fast friendly service as any other In N Out burger joint. But the reason I'm giving this particular In N Out burger joint 5 stars is because of the experience that myself and my gang of friends had here. Now we weren't in prime seating of the restaurant, we were outside that even but all know how extremely busy and popular In N Out can get and how all of their seating can become very limited and hard to find sometimes but that being said we took up for 4 outside tables and occupied the entire area left side of the patio until past 1am. Now In N Out closes at 1am and we left kindly around 2am when the wait staff had finished cleaning the restaurant and politely asked to leave. (Since they couldn't leave until we left the property.) Now the entire we were there (before closing time at least) never did the staff ask us relocate or give up our table for other customers, they just let us carry on with our loud, obnoxious conversations, joy, and random merriment. Only few times did they check on us to see if we need anything else and one of them wish us a happy evening as she left from her shift as cashier. So because of this excellent treatment and never being asked relocate or leave before the restaurant was closed even though we had already finished our meals and they were more customers that were there and could have used our space, allowed to continue enjoying ourselves and never rushed us out even after closing. Which allowed us to continue not only having a great time but also make lasting memories. This location as well as their customer support was absolutely awesome! I had an issue where a worker's hair had made it's way into my burger, Called customer support and was compensated greatly. I called and told them what had happened, they apologized profusely, gave me 2 offers. 1) drive back to the location to have my meal re-made, or 2) be sent a card for the value of my meal. seeing as I did not want to drive back I took option 2. within 5 days my card arrived, it was incorrect as my order was a Double-Double Animal Fry, and a shake. I got a double double, a drink, and a regular fry. I rang up customer support again and explained the situation. she offered to send me a 2nd card (Which is the norm for this situation as she described). However I'm going on a diet to join the military and did not want the temptation of a 2nd meal on them. She put me on hold for no more than 60 seconds to talk to someone else. When she'd come back, she edited the mag card discount I was sent and made sure it was back to being correct. She was super awesome and it made me feel amazing about how much they care about their customers. without any hesitation she went the extra mile to find my card and make it right. it was an overall very positive experience, I will for sure be returning...
