Poké Bar — Restaurant in Peoria

I like that the dining area is closed during a pandemic and that it’s to go only. Unfortunately the staff member was not wearing a mask when I walked in and was slow to put it on. Masks only work when they’re worn. On top of that the staff member was not friendly and was actually kind of abrupt when I paid as he just walked away. No interaction at all. Very odd.

The raw fish didn’t look appetizing so I stuck with tofu and imitation crab. Like others have said the portions for the price is small. The lemonade however was huge though mostly ice.

I like that they had brown rice as an option. The sauce was put on too early so the top of the poke didn’t have any and the container was too small to mix it. The spicy sauce is very spicy.

The ginger didn’t taste right as if it had been sitting out and became dry. Cucumber salad was good. Hardly any tofu. The fresh squeezed lemonade however was amazing and very large. Would definitely...

Man, what a disappointment. I used to go to this place at least 2x a week and the staff used to be so friendly. So much so that they knew me when I came in and we would always joke around. I didn’t go for a while and recently decided to stop by and get a bowl. I was extremely disappointed by the attitude the 2 employees had. The place was dead except for myself and another customer behind me.. I was being served by a guy and ordered two bowls to go, he made the bowl wrong and when I pointed it out he just stared at me and didn’t say anything and then this other female employee intervened and gave me a really rude attitude in front of other customers. She was extremely confrontational and just plain disrespectful raising her voice at me when clearly there was a mistake made but it wasn’t even a big deal. I won’t be going back. Can't get enough of "Poke Bar"! My daughter and I LOOOOVE this place!!!

If you're a sushi lover, you WILL, without a doubt LOVE Poke! Especially at this little, but AMAZING location.

Service is ALWAYs amazing (fast, professional and courteous). Some may not see this as affordable, but I say...if that's how you feel, save up, refrain from hitting the dollar menu, and come check out this place! Your taste buds will thank you later!

I honestly have no problem skipping junk food/dollar menu for some delicious goodness! Like this Poke bar!
