I had a terrible experience today, with the manager or team lead âDrewâ. This gentleman was extremely rude! First I placed an online order on Monday to pick up on Friday, I found out while receiving my order is ready text that one of my items was not available (the main thing) get there, I was advised the same thing, it was confirmed that I would not be charged. I went & located the SAME item that was not available (difference was the skin on the chicken) slightly cheaper price today. Get my items, checking them out, my payment method was not processing (I purposely had the spending amount on it) itâs for business purposes only, the young lady assisted much as she could (she was very patient, kind & understanding) canât remember her name, but sheâs pregnant. Anyways, GFS proceeded to process my card (I understand it is a temporary pending amount) but if the items were not available or my purchase was unavailable it shouldâve dropped off way before today. It was never pending until she ran my card. Drew (the person in charge) instead of explaining how their system works, he insisted to go back & forth with me, act as if I was stealing, I then started explaining the issue to another team leader & Drew thought it was okay to continue to cut me off & not allow me to speak! Absolutely unacceptable. I made Drew aware of how I felt he was treating especially in firing of other customers and staff, he was never apologetic or showed any compassion! I shop at this location weekly to biweekly for church, personal & recommend this location to others.I have never seen such terrible customer service at this location or others. Some form of customer service training must be done with him. And the fact I still had to pay & leave my other items due to a âtemp charge â is embarrassing & not a fault of mine. The proper thing was to be notified in advance of this. Stealing is something I take serious & do not like being embarrassed or talk to any kind of way. I am extremely upset with him & his leadership. When I returned to purchase the items, of course he didnât even come out of the office, he sent others to deal with me, instead of rectifying the situation. I watched the staff speak with him from the customer service area, it too that same young lady to apologize for HIM & she was still very kind with a smile. If you donât like what you do with working in our community, please go find your happiness elsewhere.I did contact Corporate & requested to speak with the store general manager earlier, I havenât spoke with anyone yet. When I asked him for the number, he replied â they are going to tell you the same thingâ and that was NOT my point of asking for the number, I told him, it was for him.. do not insinuate that I am trying to steal or get over on anyone! Such a...
Read moreI help my dad run a catering business and went today to help him look here for the first time. We were completely new to the store, so of course we are looking all over the store and seeing all there is to see. We noticed an older male working there (probably in his late 50s) who kept following us around the store. When we reach the checkout, a different cashier sees my dad is paying for it and says to me "Yep, I'd be surprised if you had $20 on you." Really offended me. I think the employees suspected we were shoplifters because I kept my shopping list in my purse and kept going into my purse a lot, and as I mentioned we were looking around a good bit. I will not be returning...
Read moreI go here to get salad mix, the name of which is Heritage Blend. It comes in a big bag and lasts a couple of weeks if you decant it into salad bowls with snap-on lids. They have good coffee, good fruit, and big bags of frozen fruit for smoothies. They also have large pots and cooking spatulas. It's never busy. You can park under a tree and walk in. It's off the interstate and is easy to get to.
The kids who work here fo not seem to know what salad is; they will set things on top of the bag, or carefully push it down into a box. It's literally leaves and is fragile. This is really the...
