Mattress Firm Outlet - Posner — Hotel in Haines City

This mattress firm is way superior to the one in front (the one in Posner besides the five guys and chipotle) honestly, I first visited the mattress firm that is besides 5guys and I knew that it could be maybe expensive as this is my first time buying my own mattress and I wanted something comfy and affordable. I go inside with my mom and there is only one employee sitting on his computer we say hi and he greets on the distance and asks us what we are looking for, I told him I wanted a Full mattress and I wanted it to be soft… he asked me for my price range and I said up to $300 ( I was willing to go over for the right mattress but I wanted to see what options he would give me) he said “there is only one” showed me the option… it was firm, not very soft and it was about $450 i honestly did not like it much so I looked for others and he said “nah these are too expensive” and then i realized he was only going to show me that one and that’s it… I said thank you and he told me “good luck” kind of sarcastically, then my mom said “thank you for your help” and he said “Bye” adiós and then he said bye like 3 more times… very entitled. We went to the store in front the one in Davenport Posner besides Davenport ale house and dicks… there were two employees both said hi to us, one of them started to attend me and my mom he asked my preferences including my price range and right away stared offering me different options. He explained the differences between the mattresses, he switched the mattresses for me to try them, he included my mom in the conversation and was always attentive and kind, never judged me for my price range! Then another client came by and he asked me for permission to assist him while I decided so of course I said yes, and kept looking at my options. I was in between two and I found one I really liked and it was about $450 and the other was about $330 so I laid down some more minutes and decided that I was gonna spend more because I like the one for $450. The gentleman/salesman (Oelmin, that’s his name) finished his sale then dedicated his time to me and my mom, explained me financial options and even when I didn’t use them it was very kind (note: this is the same company and the other salesman NEVER mentioned this option). Finally this gentleman offered to ship it to my house for free or help me get it to my car which I chose, even when the store was about to close he helped me get the mattress to my car and remained super kind and helpful. Each employee at the 3 mattress firm stores that we went to were very helpful. They sent us to the Next store, when they didn’t have exactly what we needed. They did not try to sell us something we didn’t need or want. In Lake Wales we worked with Suhan. She sent us to Davenport, where we worked with Nathan. And he ended up sending us to the mattress firm at Posner Park around the corner, which is also a clearance center. We ended up buying a mattress from Inez. She was trying to help two of us at a time. Patience was definitely required. The reason it was so hard, was because my husband needed an extra firm bed that didn’t have much give at all. The beautyrest mattress that served his purposes was $1649. We could not afford that, so we ended up buying a Serta@ $799 and it was originally 2,249. It also came with an adjustable base, which raises his upper body up, and that will be very helpful for him. I would do business with them again. While I was waiting to do the transaction with Inez, he slept on the mattress for probably 30 to 40 minutes. Best sleep in...

Highly recommend this particular Mattress Firm store in the Deer Creek area of Davenport, Florida!!!!! I stopped by the store ...early afternoon a few days ago to do some mattress pricing and spoke with the store manager....Jose Soto. He was very helpful with my questions and concerns and....HE WAS NOT PUSHY AT ALL!!!!!! I have worked in sales so I know the scene. Jose did not pressure me whatsoever and with his educational manner, he and a particular mattress he recommended left a very positive impression on my mind for the rest of the day. I was determined NOT to buy anything at the first stop I made and so I left his store and by 7:00 that same night, I decided to drive back to his store that closes at 8:00 and buy the much needed comfortable mattress. He left that much of a positive impression regarding the benefits of the mattress as well as his customer service skills of helping me decide and not trying to push me into a sale. Jose is the BEST!!
