Guy ripped me off for a Boost mobile phone five years ago. I bought a phone and subscribed to the carrier and was never able to use the phone. It kept trying to charge me for roaming and he wouldn't fix it. Told me to have Dr. Perz, across the street fix it for me. I called Boost from the store (on another phone), and they told me to let them talk to the retailer, so I did. He walked away and covered his mouth and nobody ever got that phone working.
