Walgreens — Local services in Hemet

The Walgreens at 1661 west Florida Avenue Hemet ca 92543 is beyond RUDE, LAZY, DISRESPECTFUL, AND BEYOND DISGUSTING! I have gone to Walgreens for a while and have been on the same medication for a long time now. When I walked up to the pharmacy the tech was at the counter looked at me did not say anything and walked away. Finally after 10min of waiting there I hand them my prescription slip and asked how long and they said it will be at least a week before they get it in and would not see what they could do about it sooner. So when I asked them to call another Walgreens to see if they have the medication they refused to and told me to pick a pharmacy and stop bouncing. I was shocked at her rudely telling me this and I responded with I have been at Walgreens for a while yes I have used a different Walgreens location because the regular one did not have my medications and she rudely said that is unacceptable and I'm not allowed to do that. I said I was under the impression all Walgreens are connected and that you can go to any Walgreens and she told me that I'm not allowed to and I have to suck it up and wait till whenever that exact Walgreens has my medication. I kept asking for her to call another ( keep in mind the pharmacist is just standing there not helping or saying anything)she told me to have a seat it will be about 30minutes for her to call another Walgreens to ask if they have what I needed. And she rudely walked away and as I sat there and watched her she never called so I called the other Walgreens just for curiosity if it would be 30minutes and left to another Walgreens ( the one off east Florida Avenue and San Jacinto ave in hemet and immediately when I walked in they were extremely helpful and went up and beyond to find a Walgreens that had the medication I needed. I will be calling corporate in the morning to report that store and I will be calling my insurance company and report them as well so others can hopefully have a better experience than me. Ultimately I went to the Walgreens that the 2nd Walgreens found for me and sent me to and they were extremely kind and helpful too! So not all Walgreens pharmacies are bad. I just hope that the Walgreens at 1661 west Florida Avenue Hemet ca 92543 gets properly dealt with so no one has to feel belittled, disrespected, demeaned, or any other negative feeling due to...

Updated. It’s getting worse. The pharmacist can see my file on all my Medications. All of sudden they are holding them again. This time they said my doc called and said hold them. Nope. Didn’t happen. I’ll hunting a new pharmacy once again. Since rite aid closed it’s been awful. I miss my guys there. So pleasant and jump hoops to make customers happy. This place is a zoo now. Horrible. This is for Florida and Lyon store. I was very happy with them for about the 1st 7 months when I transferred my meds to them. They have an employee in the pharmacy that continuously harasses and messes with me and at least one other of my friends when it comes to our pain meds. Mind you we are seniors with chronic pain issues and the doctors prescribed these meds for me. I owe no one an explainable answer as to why. She’s got a vendetta to pain meds users. It’s very obvious. This woman lies and tells us the store is out of them and won’t have them for months. She says the script isn’t ready when it is. She says Your doctor said you can’t have them until such and such date, when I have a screen shot of my doctors order from our online doctor patient forum, that says otherwise. . She told my sister that her pain meds were discontinued the manufacturer stopped making them so she can’t have them. Flat out lie. These things are brought to the attention of the pharmacist, and they don’t do anything. She need to be fired for the discomfort and aggravation she causes customers. I have had to call my doc to tell her what this lady does. She’s called and asked them to release my meds. Every time she answers the phone she has a new lie for me. Also the app has gone wild, it’s inaccurate, it’s sending my meds to the wrong store no matter how many times I fix it.it cancels my meds all the time. The text have stopped showing me ready for pick up. The actual app doesn’t show what’s in process any more. Call and good luck getting an answer. I used to LOVE this walgreens pharmacy... but the last few months theres been a couple girls working that are extremely RUDE and act annoyed that they have to do their jobs! One i watched hang up on a customer because they didnt speak spanish.... there were Spanish speaking co workers right next to her... she didnt even bother asking them for help. Just hung up on the person.

There is also one girl who answers the phone and sounds beyond annoyed that she actually has to do her job and the app wont do it for her. My son hasn't been getting his full fills on his meds, so I have to CALL IN (like they tell me to!) In order to get the rest of his medication. (Every freaking month) and this one girl immediately snaps EVERY TIME to do it on the app. And sighs In my ear when I tell her you cant with this med.

Ive also noticed medications being added to my pickups that ive never filled before, and have never spoken to my dr about.

Ive been using this pharmacy for 5 years and the attitude ive been receiving from these particular employees has made me want to switch! They make it really uncomfortable to fill anything!

I cant remember the girls name that's the biggest issue but I can easily point her out and recognize her voice. It's the dark haired thicker girl! And after reading some posts in some community groups online im not the only person to have the exact same issues with this particular employee!!
