10-25-2025 Things have changed 1000% for the better. The staff is great the refills are the best in the industry now being that you can get the broccoli salad fries et cetera unlimited. The $10 meal deal currently going on is a great deal I go weekly because of it now. Things sure have turned around the service is wonderful now the burgers taste really good now and even the sides are top notch. They come at a good clip on the refills. And the pricing is just outstanding. The drinks are also really good as for the teas I can speak highly of. Big fan now and fan of the management the way things have turned around 1-2024 Food was just nah, don't try the fondu burger as the cheese is flavorless and the burger quite small Let's face it we go for the fries but as you know you'll receive like 5-8 fries in a basket and have to wait for refills; way to budget the main reason we show up mr robin. Like the new bbq based dipping sauce for the fries though and the salt. A cheeseburger also was just alright along with a bland salad option in lieu of fries. Price is $15-$21 per person Probably skipping this and hitting less expensive competitors who give you more fries on the first go around for a lot less money. Quiet ambiance in the daytime on a Friday.
2018 Food quality: decent. The burgers and chicken were ok; you're at about $11-$15 for a burger and fries per person. The meat was decent and portion size was ok but not for the price. You'll of course try to opt for the bottomless fries concepts and you'll get em' eventually; always seem to be a slow process for refills on them and they are brought in small portions each time. (Management: Fix this by utilizing the kiosk option or the Brazilian steakhouse way of RED/GREEN tabletop salt shaker idea [stop/go])

Read moreI ordered online. I never been to this location before. I was on vacation up here and decided to give it a go. Cant go wrong with a burger. When I pulled up it was a tad busy. I did not know they had curbside, so I walked up. It was veterans day so that might be the reason...or just because it was a Wednesday night and nobody wants to cook. Lol. Who knows. So as I was waiting 3 people asked if I needed help and assured me someone was coming. A little while lady came by with my reciept, then a couple minutes later returned with my order. She reread it and made sure everything was in the bag. I just want to applaud her she was multitasking so efficiently going between the car orders and walk up. I get to the car and realized, I didnt get the tavern sauce. Im use to my home location asking if I need extra saic, it completely didn't cross my mind. So I go back to ask and OMG it took so long. As soon as I walked up I asked an older gentlemen for the sauce he said no problem. He walked in and walked right out and headed to a table. I didn't trip because it was busy and priorities, they could have asked before me. Then he walks back in and starts cleaning tables..am like ok. He doesnt come back out. And every other work who waked out had food and drinks so I didn't want to bother. That's when the lady who helped me before. I wish I caught her name, asked what I needed. She went inside grabbed the person she was helping before me order and my sauces. She apologized for my wait. Because at that point it was past 5min of me waiting. Fast-forward to the burger....DISAPPOINTED. I got two burgers and they were basically mayonnaise burgers. I never seen so much on a burger before. I guess I was wrong you can mess up a burger. Unfortunately, the Hemet Red Robin management doesn't think that our lives being at risk by their negligent behaviour is important.
Was just at Red Robin in Hemet and found that half of the female wait staff not only were not wearing a mask but openly admitted they were unvaccinated and didn't care that they were putting others at risk by their being unprotected. "We don't have to be vaccinated or wear masks while we are serving food to our customers" they stated to me when I asked why they weren't vaccinated or wearing a mask to protect themselves or their customers who they were serving food to.
The management obviously doesn't care about our health or safety because if they did these staffers would be vaccinated and wearing a mask while they were working serving our food. The process is free to those wishing to have it done. I refused to let any of their unprotected female staffers serve me as I do not want to end up in the hospital or infected with Covid--19 by these uncaring, thoughtless individuals who refuse to get vaccinated or wear a mask and who are allowed by the management to serve customers food while they are completely unprotected and could infect others around them.
