Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing for several reasons. First, parking was a major issue. It was very difficult to find a spot, and once we did, we had quite a long walk to the main lobby. This was especially inconvenient when carrying luggage. Second, the shower water pressure was extremely low. Be prepared to spend a lot of time just trying to rinse off—especially if you have long or thick hair. It took about 30 minutes just to wash my hair properly. Third, the phone in our room didn’t work at all. When I needed to contact the front desk, I had to walk there in person, which was frustrating. Fourth, the room itself was not well maintained. The flooring had some peeling sections, and there was a noticeable amount of dust when we walked in. It was clear the floor hadn’t been properly vacuumed or mopped before our arrival. Overall, the experience did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property. Unfortunately, I don’t plan on staying at this location again. And lastly some staff not all are impolite.

I checked out of the Double Tree in HH this morning. I stayed because I took advantage of the HH Grand Vacations promotion. My stay was four days, three nights. My room had a pool view. 1st let me just say not one day during my stay did any member of staff come to the pool daily and pick up the used towels. Every day more and more used towels piled up at the pool. That made me assume it they aren't worried about the pool deck, they may not be concerned with keeping the pool clean so we passed on using the pool. The balcony was so small all you could do is stand in one place, no way you could get a chair out there to even enjoy the space. The staff, lets just say they were not very welcoming, especially the lady that works the " Bold" restaurant. My room, this is the 1st time I've ever stayed at a hotel that used Sam's club brand coffee pods. I will say this, the location of this hotel is great!!

I had originally booked through Choice/Ascend and found out only a week before arrival of the conversion to DoubleTree by Hilton. I was blown away by the amazing transformation. Though renovations are still on-going, what has been done so far is spectacular. With some more time, I am certain it will be one of the best places to stay in the area. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, smiling and so helpful especially with the fresh changes. I am not impressed easily yet this visit far exceeded my expectations. It was the closest to perfect I've stayed in this year (I travel quite a bit). This was my fourth property in 7 days. Keep up the good work. Thank you to the manager who assisted me with my Hilton Honors account. I can't wait to come back and see the finished product.

If I could do ZERO STARS I WOULD. Black stained feet from the filthy floors, torn up furniture and dead roaches. Waking up to ant bites and all around a sleepless night. It all began when an employee named Flor walked in on me in my room with my Door sign on while I was ending a work call on computer and about to get ready for a shower. We stared for 15 seconds and she asked if I had checked in and I told her to get out. This was on Tues 10/22 @9:57AM. Spoke with Vinny at the restaurant who was a manager Tuesday 10/22 @330pm. Made it very clear that I do not want anyone in my room while I went to a business meeting and he asked for my information and apologized about the employee Flor walking in and also let me know that he had just done the same thing to a guest on Saturday 10/19 as if to make it OK ? when I arrived at night my room had been made up despite the Do Not Disturb being on the door. To top it off I’m now MISSING A RING from my bag! AVOID THIS PLACE! - The hotel has basically washed their hands claiming they saw no evidence of bug or my lost property BUT trust me they are there. See pictures. Couldn't even get the Hoteltoanager to reach out to me but rather someone in my review that I complained about did which is clearly not productive.

Update to respose from owner: I GUESS EVERYONE ELSE WITH A BAD EXPERIENCE AND ALL ON YELP AND TRIP ADVISOR are changing their stories too ? They compensated me what I paid for the room in points. Regarding my story, I would like to know what changed ? As nothing has changed. See the pictures, see the names of staff and please do explain what changed lol. What was posted is what has been put in writing from day 9ne to corporate. I do apologize if you don't like my review but. It is important that people know what to expect or what's possible when staying at this property. I can get another ring no problem but integrity and ownership is important to the success of any business or...

Where do I begin. Cracked walls, peeling paint, musty, wires running across the ceiling for no apparent reason and they are exposed. Wait, water…water stains on the ceiling. The bathroom sink has only two settings off or on running raging water. The curtains look like they have never seen an iron before and perhaps we balled up in a corner just prior to our arrival. Call downstairs to request additional towels. First day they told me to come get them from the front desk myself. When I got to the front desk, they asked where the soil towers were we use the day before and I told him I put them outside the room so one of the people behind the desk said they would come up and get those. I said when, now? He said, yes. Help me understand why he couldn’t bring my towels up if he was coming for the used ones? Second day, I called the front desk For more fresh towels and was told to come get them again because there was no one available to bring them up. It’s clear this Hotel is under staffed. The other thing is they have very limited parking and use a tag system for customers to put a hotel tag from their rearview mirror in their car with date of departure on it as well as the room number. How can putting the room number on a car tag from your rearview mirror be safe???? Doing so for a single female just looks like advertisement for any old creep who may sees you driving or in your car to know exactly where to find you. The parking lots are not well lit. Not sure if I care about my honors member status any longer with this...

It has been over 48 hours since I left the hotel in tears due to an allergy attack caused by mold in the room. I notified the front desk when we left before 7am. I also notified Hilton Honors since I am a diamond member and I specifically note my severe mold allergy on ALL reservations AND tell them again at check in. This hotel is NOT to the standard of anything in the Hilton family. At one point I am sure the hotel was quite nice. Now it is dilapidated. They supposedly remodeled and updated when it became a Doubletree but in reality they just threw lipstick on a pig. The mold coming through the new paint is visible. The bedframe doesn't even fit the mattress. The walls and ceiling and literally buckled from moisture. I should have left as soon as I arrived but I was 5 hours from home and most other hotels were fully booked. I gave the hotel management over 2 full days to contact me before I decided to post this review. But I realized they can't actually fix what they did no matter what because they can't take back how sick I was on Sunday, or give me back that time with my daughter at the beach. We missed a dolphin cruise due to me being too sick to go and we lost our money on the bikes we rented. Thank God we were able to get home safely. I was genuinely worried about driving all that way with the reaction I had. This place should be knocked down and rebuilt. Don't do this to yourself or...
