Not happy, they've messed up multiple orders. Will not be back, and do not recommend anyone go here for flowers. I ordered in advance a bunch of golden roses for my wedding, like a few hundred dollars worth of roses. They said it would be no problem and I could pick them up the day of. My maid of honnor went to pick them up and called me freaking out, they had the wrong date for my flowers. So they didn't have my flowers and they gave me what they had instead, they did not try to contact me or talk to me and mind you no refund or anything. They gave me a mix of golden yellow roses and bright highlighter yellow roses. All the golden yellow looked like they were from the bottom of the barrel. Most of them completely wilted or molding off the stim. Looked like they were pulled out of the freaking trash they were so bad, a lot covered in brown spots and didn't look good at all. I couldn't use the bright yellow because they didn't match my wedding and I had to throw out majority of the golden yellow because they were falling apart and were just terrible. I didn't have time to go back and talk to anyone, since it was my wedding day!!! Luckily I had someone get some fake flowers that matched and was able to use a few of the golden roses.
I tried to put that past me, I thought give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again. Which was a mistake. My friends boyfriend asked me to help get her flowers, this was supposed to be something special. I called and ordered a white and green bouquet arrangement in a vase. I said preferably white daisy's and babiesbreath if possible, otherwise just white with greenery. And I specifically said "absolutely no roses", because my friend does not like roses. The guy who took my order even repeated back to me "no roses". Her boyfriend goes to pick this order up and sends me a picture and he's super confused. It was mostly roses, not even all white roses. They didn't even match they had off white pinkish roses and white roses and other random nonsense. I told him to go back in and he said he took it back in and a young guy made him a new arrangement. He paid $70 to not even get what I ordered, ridiculous! I was so embarrassed that I had even recommend this place to him.

I scheduled an appointment two weeks ahead of time, gave the man my information over the phone and showed up 15 minutes early for my wedding flower consultation. When I arrived with my fiance, the store was dead. Fine, okay. We meet a man who arrogantly offers to take our information down. Never once asks for my fiance's name during the process, and doesn't even bother with small talk. It was like a bad car buying experience - a woman knows flowers after all. After ignoring my fiance's and I's body language, the florist lady comes in and panicked, thinking she forgot a wedding meeting (she did, it was ours), and the man who was working with us told the florist lady condescendingly that he had it since it was just a "small, quant country-style wedding." My wedding will not be small, quant or country. I just refuse to buy your up-charged roses. I will not enter this...

There fuchsia arrangement was what I ordered & the bouquet with the sunflowers is what was sent.(I wanted a tiny pop of color because the deceased was a vibrant woman.)
The bouquet they received was not even close to appropriate for a death. They got two other arrangements from the same shop with incredibly bright colors and sunflowers. I think the shop must’ve had extra sunflowers that they were trying to get rid of. My family was quite perplexed by all these vibrant bouquets. They actually asked me to call and complain.
