One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever seen. My wife and I came to the shop to meet other family and friends. This was the first time we visited this store. There was no one in line and the two baristas were busy making drinks for the drive up window customers. It was 4:02 PM, when we stood at the counter where we thought was the designated area where they take inside orders. No one greeted us or addressed us in any way. While we were waiting we were looking at the different pastries at the counter, having conversation, and waiting for someone to address us. We moved a little to the right in front of the counter to see if someone would address us. There were no signs that identified any single ordering location. Some other members of our party arrived and came to the counter. Still, no one addressed us. Around 4:20 P.M., my wife had run out of patience and got the ladies attention. She asked when we might be able to order. The young lady said rather nastily, "Your not standing in the right spot. We don't take orders from there." She turned and continued making drinks for the window customers. An employee who was not on duty, came into the store and saw us waiting. He took our order and money and apologized for his co-workers lack of customer service. We received our drinks at 4:26 PM (24 minutes after we arrived at the store), from the not so friendly barista. She only called out the drinks and did not make any conversation at all. Apparently, customer service is not a priority. This will be our last time patronizing this location. Locally we have stayed pretty loyal to Starbucks for the convenience of the drive through and a memorized menu. Today we wanted something new so he suggested heine bros cause he heard the wraps were delicious. As I'm studying the menu and start my order the csr rushes me through with" is that all, anything else, is that it? And then rudely says "pull around" no total or please and thank you. As the girl passes out our coffees and drinks I ask if shes the one that took my order. She says no. As I sign my 26$ ticket. And I tell her how rude her coworker was, she apologizes and goes to fetch our breakfast wraps and tells the girls working about what I said. A girl named Stevie says, what? Well oh well. It's just coffee.. I was disgusted at this point and would have driven off had I not already paid for my order. That being said, I am disappointed to say the least. And 26$ isnt " just coffee" and it ruined the experience and excitement towards trying something new. However. The wraps were amazing and so we're our coffees. I will not shop this location again if I ever decide to give this place...
Read moreLet me start by saying i love Heine bros & i love this location. But today really made me feel uneasy. I came in to place my order and normally i do online ordering but Its down and im like hey ill wait for quality! Well no, i get in order my coffee , i sit and wait ( one barista brought me my bagel which was very nice normally they sit it down) so i appreciate him. I ordered my drink and ordered a large latte. It was supposed to have whip cream on it. I said something to one of the ladies back there ( not knowing she wasn’t making drinks) and she said idk I’m in the back is this decaf ? I had a confused look on my face cause um that wasn’t my question. The lady took my drink rolled her eyes!!!! And put the whip cream. I told her there wasn’t a need for the attitude i wasn’t trying to get one. She proceeded to be a smart a…. So i left it’s too early! I called and the manager took up for her saying she has a lot going on. My issue is fine every one does , but to ok her rolling her eyes because she has a lot of work in the back is not an excuse. Hopefully another day i feel a lot better about the staff but today im very disappointed...
