Recently, I returned to LSC for a session and left realizing just how much I needed it. That morning had been chaotic and naturally everything imaginable went wrong. Which left me mentally distracted. Much to my relief no one else booked a session at the same time, so if I wanted to have a complete meltdown during the process I could do so comfortably. Instead I enjoyed a guided meditation that helped focus my energy in the right direction. So much so that as my session ended I noticed a heart drawn in the salt on the ground. One I had not noticed upon my arrival. I was so confused by it that I even asked if it had been there the entire time. As it turns out, it had been and I completely missed it before. Not because it wasn’t visible, but because my mind could not see through the chaos. Never have I experienced something so specific to shine a light on how important it is that we take a time out to clean out the clutter. Mentally, physically, and spiritually. If you’re feeling distracted, challenged, or just exhausted I recommend a session at LSC. Before, I didn’t believe in any of this stuff and meditation was a laughable concept with an analytical mind that’s constantly on, but I’ve experienced the benefits. On all counts. Now that allergy season is upon us, I need to go ahead and book a new session. You...

When I say I was skeptical...I mean it! I took my niece for her birthday and didn't really expect much but to sit for 45 mins and think of all the things I could be doing instead of sitting around in a pink cave for 45 mins! Instead, I saw down and talked for about 5 mins to a couple that were in the cave with us, then I leaned back in that chair and I forgot the world! I fell asleep and woke up maybe twice and I slept HARD and each time I woke up, I had to tell myself, girl close your mouth. I don't sleep w/my mouth open! LOL! I was soooo relaxed. The stress in my shoulders and neck was just not there. I was a little stuffy in my sinuses and that too was gone. I would recommend it. Even if you think it's not for you, just try it. If you don't have the same results that I did, I hope you at least get some really good sleep. They recommend sitting in the salt at some point and I did, but wasn't "moved" by it. It was just hard to me.

I recommend the Louisville Salt Cave and am planning on going back. (Be sure to bring a blanket if you going during "covid season". It gets cool. We rented the mitts for $10/pair and though I really like that they were heated, I wouldn't spend that money a second time, I'd probably just bring warm...

I’d like to share that I’m no stranger to the Louisville Salt Cave. Several years ago before Covid I often did monthly practitioner events at the Salt Cave and was able to appreciate the benefits of Halotherapy. Just this week with the new ownership and re-opening of the cave, I attended the practitioner open house and was given a mini Halotherapy session. Right away I began to release congestion I didn’t realize I still had! I had an upper respiratory illness 6 weeks ago. I am now breathing better not realizing I wasn’t! I’ve continued a positive detox throughout the week. I also experienced the red light therapy they offer and after one 10 minute session my lower back felt looser and more flexible. I highly recommend the soothing and friendly atmosphere of the Salt Cave and the tremendous health...

I had heard of the Salt Cave, but had never been. I was finally rounding a corner weeks into my recovery from COVID and thought it might be worth a try to give me a final push to clearing out my airways. It was exactly what I needed! I felt an immediate difference in my sinuses and less than a week later, I feel better. I really think it helped a lot and I am grateful. It was really quiet and relaxing inside the "cave." I sat near the salt grinder so it was a tad noisy, but it was still very calming and I enjoyed my visit :)

I frequently refer to the Salt Cave as one of my favorite places, it's amazing how relaxing and grounding a halotherapy session can be. It's also great if you're having issues with your sinuses or skin - I can always breathe better and my skin glows after each session! Plus the people that work there are so kind and are always happy to answer any questions you have.

Brought my toddler in for the kids session with a friend of ours and her kiddo. They had a lot of fun playing in the cave and kept busy the whole time. I felt like I could breathe better after our session too! Only suggestion I would have is to make it 45 mins versus 30. We had so much fun it went by too quickly!
