You would think that someone would have turned on the EC in the fridge the night before I showed up, but apparently, nothing was touched before my stay? The AC was set on 75 and you could tell that the refrigerator was barely cold. The woman also explained the reason why no one had come in to clean my room. I was there from Friday through Tuesday. How’s cleaning only cleans on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She had an answer for everything. I did not feel welcomed! Here’s an afterthought, what’s the deal with the chair? Is it a medieval...

It was a horrible experience it is a quick way to scam you out of your money. My dog is cleaner then this hotel. (no joke ) Problems that happened when I was there: It smells like Pot and cigarettes through out the whole hotel. The rooms are filthy. There was mold on the ceilings. Food in conners of the room (my dog was sniffing around eating it) crumbs in the cracks of the microwave and the fridge. I switched rooms just to get a semi decent room but the bathroom was still gross. I ended up cleaning the bath room my self with a sponge and bleach just to feel somewhat sanitary when using it. ( ill post picture of how Nasty it was the lighting sucked) Not kid friendly to me. It is a shower head only. And kids deserve way better place then that. Upon checking in I made it clear that my dog was not a service dog but an emotional support dog there was confusion the employee thought that they where the same thing. When it was brought up again the manger tried to charge me a 100 dollar claiming that the pet was unclaimed and that it was wrongly identified as service dog ( service dogs stay free). They continued to change my room keys locking us out of our rooms ( my dog was inside) and it wasn't even brought to my attention until after the manger was gone at 10 o clock at night and the other employee was nice enough to explain everything and let us back in. I checked out the next day and was still charged 50 dollars because their employee messed up. If you check in with a dog or check in period for that matter. Record the conversation you have with any front desk employee there is a mother and son duo that will lie and have each others back. And the cameras in the hotel have video but supposedly no audio. We tried to run the cameras back for my dog incident and couldn't because it had no sound. 6.Im only giving this place one star because I can't do a half a star. only reason I give it a half of star is because the cleaning ladies that were on my floor were amazing when I came back and asked them to clean certain thing after switching from one disgusting room to the next she did it with no problem or issues.

Read moreThis was the absolute worst hotel i have ever stayed it. I booked it for the awesome price per night but I regret that now. First of all, there are prostitutes, crack heads and drug dealers everywhere. I felt incredibly unsafe and im from a rough spot in Miami! As soon as you walk into the first set of doors you can already see how dirty and dingy it is. The check in was quick and easy, the guy at the counter was really nice. Our room was on the second floor and, holy crap, did it reek! We were on the NO SMOKING side and it smelled like smoke and marijuana. It was so disgustingly suffocating. Every single time i regretted booking that room. The room was horrible. It was really small and smelled like dirty water. The smell was so thick, i don't know any other way to say it. I almost couldn't stand it. You can feel the humidity in the room. The room looked filthy. Lord knows what had gone on in that place. The walls were dirty, the sheets had hair on them, the shower... my GOD, THE SHOWER! I, literally, tied plastic bags around my feet to get in there. The tub was black and disgusting. I was scared to get fungus. I don't know what else was in the, black little particles everywhere. I couldn't even walk on the carpet from how disgusting that room was. I always had something on my feet. We tried to stay in the room as little as possible. Walking out into that hall way always felt like a game of Russian roulette. I didn't know what was going to happen. Someone was always coming out of nowhere asking for cigarettes or alcohol. Everyone was very intimidating, they even offered to sell drugs to my friend. It was horrible. At one point he heard a guy say they were looking for someone in a threatening tone, like if something was about to go down. The stairs...Jesus Christ, the stairs. Probably the worst part of the place. It reminded me of an old high school stairwell. The smell of smoke was incredibly suffocating, it was hot and so dirty. There were spots of, who knows what, all over the floor and it was disgusting. I dreaded walking into the stairwell. You also didn't know who you were going to bump into. The doors are not locked, eventho they have the key lock. None of them work, anyone and everyone can walk right into the side doors. Its not safe at all. The building itself looks nice but its nothing but a nightmare inside. I wish i could have stayed somewhere else. We didn't even get room service for fear of someone trying to steal from our room. I don't recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have children. Who knows when there'll be a...
