As a die hard CFA fan, it saddens me to write this review. Tonight I visited your location and I have never experienced a location so filthy and unkept. The floors, the tables and the booths were sticky and covered with food. Trash cans overflowing and the walls in the lobby were stained with dried food and liquid. Table legs were rusty and dirty with dried old mop water. The air conditioning vents over the front counter had visible dust bunnies hanging from them. The windows and doors had not been cleaned in quite sometime. I shutter to think what the bathrooms might be have been like. I asked the Manager to stop by our table and Dennis came over. He was receptive to my feedback and apologized profusely. While we ate, a young lady attempted to sweep and wipe off the tables. Sadly, I do not think she was ever trained probably to do so as they still needed lots of TLC. It is a shame to see a CFA location that pails in comparison to all others. This lobby was dirtier than most McDonald’s and that’s no exaggeration. Certainly the location Operator cares enough to do a thorough walk-thru of the lobby and take notice of these obvious flaws. CFA has prided itself on standing above traditional fast food and up until today, I’ve never had a single complaint. This location needs to be closed for a deep cleaning and it needs to happen ASAP. Read moreEveryone knows that chick fil A customer service is top notch. I would choose this over any other fast food place because of the experience. Today my experience wasn’t the best. Not only am I a customer but I also doordash. When I pulled in to pick up one of my orders the parking lot was full of red cones. It was also pouring rain. I saw an employee and asked if she could hand me the order she said no you have to come inside I don’t work outside. Okay, I get it, my app tells me to pick up my orders inside. Whenever I get inside another employee tells me that I have to go through the drive thru.. why not just hand me my order? Anyways, whenever I get to the drive the girl at the window asking for the order name is laughing. Not sure if it was because I may have said my orders name wrong I don’t want to assume but there’s 4 pair of eyes staring at me. Some if these people laughing. When I dropped off my order my customer tells me I forgot their drink. I wasn’t given a drink. I don’t know but this all could of been avoided.
Update: it’s been 3 weeks I went back for a salad and a sandwich. My chicken was cold and flavorless. My boyfriends chicken was burnt. Not coming back to this one. Management really needs to read all these reviews and make...
Read moreWhere to begin? The customer service is good sometimes, but you wanna know the sad part? It’s the teens in school that are underpaid that you get the best service from. The teens that close every night just to go home to hours of homework and a wink of sleep. This place expects their workers to be prim and proper, you can’t even wear colored socks, have colored hair or show tattoos or have painted nails, basically the driest environment that lacks anything different or creative. Most Chick-fil-As in the area pay decent, but this location has the cheapest operator, and the worst management. This place wreaks of favoritism and hires a whole new batch of people before even considering paying their Loyal employees what they deserve. They drive people to quit, that’s why you see new employees so often. If you want to get anywhere with this place, you have to basically know someone on the inside or have connections for them to see you as valuable. If you’re a customer complaining about bad service, it’s because the employees are run so dry and spread so thin, and are not paid anywhere near what they should be.
