The worst Sonic I have ever been too. I usually come to this one at night and tonight is the last time I will ever come to this one. It really should be shut down for how bad it is. The inside is always filthy and that is if it is even open. Over the past few months I have tried to come here multiple times and there has always been an issue or something.
The first time they had received an online order that was going to take them 10-15 minutes to complete before they could get my order in. I said ok and was at the drive thru window. Well the guy didn’t mute his mic and said that he was going to put in another order so they didn’t have to take ay orders for the night.
The second incident is when a little while later (maybe a month or two) I had a preggo craving and wanted some food. So i drove up to the drive thru and the guys said that their drive thru system was down and they could not take any orders. I had cash for a drink. I mentioned this and he said no orders could be given or taken. So I parked the car and tried to go inside to get the drink. The door was locked and the inside had bugs and roaches crawling around.
Today is about 5-6 month later. I figured I would give it a try but was too tired to go out. So my husband went over for me. He was sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes at the speaker listening to them cuss and play around and said even one of the workers had mentioned to not throw food at them. My hubby also said there were several cars in the drive thru waiting for their food as well. I can only image how long they have been waiting.
Save your money and time. This sonic is not worth it at all, plus you might get bugs in your food if they are just throwing it and then picking it up off the ground to serve. Who knows but I will never go to this place again. You have...
Read morePulled into a spot and after almost 10 minutes we were told they didn't have anyone so we had to use the drive thru. No big deal at all but I wish they said something sooner. We were about to leave. Ordered 3 of the special 2 dollar and change hot dogs, as well as a small pickle fries and 2 drinks. He asked if we wanted meals and said no. When we got to the window he didn't say an amount but took my husbands card. I asked for the receipt and it showed we were charged for 3 of the footlong Coney dogs. We told the employee that was not what we ordered. He said sorry a few times and I thought he went back to tell a manager or someone. However whenever he came back he had our bag with the wrong order. We had already been waiting so long ..had gone there specifically for the what was supposed to be inexpensive food plus we wanted something quick. My husband was so aggravated we just left, paying almost 💲50!!! Needless to say , we can't eat that much, so one whole Coney dog and more than a half of another were thrown away. Read moreI visited Sonic expecting a quick and convenient experience after ordering ahead on the app, but what I got was frustrating and disappointing. After checking in at a stand-alone kiosk, I waited 20 minutes without any update. Eventually, I pressed the button to speak with an employee, only to be met with rudeness. I was bluntly told that I needed to go through the drive-thru.
Once I finally made it to the window, I calmly explained that I had been waiting for 20 minutes with no communication. Instead of apologizing or offering any kind of resolution, the employee looked me straight in the eye and told me to email corporate. No sympathy, no accountability, just pure indifference. The woman was African American, on the heavy-set side.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a fast-food restaurant. If kiosks are not being serviced, there should be a sign or at least some communication to prevent customers from wasting their time. A simple apology and acknowledgment of the inconvenience would have gone a long way, but instead, I was dismissed.
