Last Saturday visited the Johnson City store, spoke with the manager regarding a balloon order for an upcoming surprise birthday party. She told us no problem come back the day before. The day before we came back and the same manager told us no way to have order ready before 1pm the next day. We explained that she had told us to come back today and I quote she said “I said the day before.” We said, “it is the day before.” She said, “well I meant to call early this morning not stop by halfway through the day”. Maybe she should have taken our order the week before…there’s a thought for customer service.🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️. We ended up going to the Bristol location and the young lady there was extremely helpful, professional and polite. And I might add had our balloons ready by 11am...

The store is nice and clean. They do have a large variety to chose from. Good prices on most things. My big complaint is the self check out. #1 I don't work there and the workers just stand there and watch you. #2 My mother is 69 and does not want to figure out the check out! When we had the young girl check is all out at the one in JC she was blowing and then some older lady was smart! If a customer wants them to check out the items there should be no disrespect. I won't go in there much. I will shop...

Instantly fell in love with this place the moment I stepped inside. It was overwhelming how neat and tidy the store was with all their beautiful Christmas goodies on display! And the prices were amazing! Their decor was just as pretty as Kirkland or Michaels with prices that were half those stores. They are refreshingly modern as well, with several color schemes.
