I’m very unhappy with this books a million location. WATCH OUT FOR FEMALE CASHIER with DARK HAIR! She is scamming and misinform customers about “3 FREE magazines.” Shame on her for lying and misinforming about a promotion. Shame on the managers for allowing her to do this. I fell for her trick like i’m sure hundreds of other people have. She does not tell you it is a SUBSCRIPTION she simply states it’s “3 free magazines” When you pay with card they keep it on file and charge you a payment of $69 PER MAGAZINE. It is a big long hassle to cancel the subscription too. They want to charge your card then refund your card, which is totally invasive and a breach of privacy and security. I will never return to this books a million. As a company you are supposed to help and serve the needs of your customers, not scam...

When she was checking out the clerk named Nick, told her she was getting 3 free magazines and then asked for her name and phone number. When she got home she was looking at the receipt and saw she had actually been signed up for magazine subscriptions and that unless she called and cancelled they used her debit card info to pay for the magazines. She has now called 4 times and we have recieved 5 different magazines with no idea of how many she had been illegally signed up for. The customer service people and store manager are no help at all. Read moreDon’t go late, last half hour focus is on cleaning and closing, not the customers. Went in at 8:35 pm and chairs already up for coffee area. Tried to call family outside for coffee order but could hardly hear due to the very noisy vacuum cleaner being used by the front cashier. Coffee barista took order and we paid and waited. But, a few minutes later we tried to order another coffee drink and register was closed out. Had to get front cashier off vacuum to ring it up; however, she forgot to tell barista so coffee wasn’t fixed. Eventually made. Drinks were good, front cashier pleasant. They sure were on time to make announcement and pull front register at 9:00:01. Must have planned to leave by 5 minutes after? Lesson: go early or...
