Beware of astronomical pet fees! A $150 room and a $75 pet fee (50% of the room rate) is robbery. They say it’s for extra cleaning, but we all know this is a money grab for the ownership. At the assumed rate of pay for housekeeping staff, there is no way they are doing ~4 extra hours of cleaning when I was there for under 10 hours total with one dog. What ever happened to taking a deposit and assessing for actual damages, if applicable?? It just irks me because the hotel is going to wash/change the sheets regardless, and sweep/mop the floors regardless. I just don’t get it. A $20-30 pet fee is reasonable and what I regularly pay at other hotel properties. This is justified by a little extra time for cleaning and to help fund the poop bags I suppose. What else is there? Whether this is owners or Hilton corporate setting the fee, y’all are off your rockers. You need to adjust your pricing asap to not be +50% of the room cost. I appreciate the employee who heard me out on the phone and offered to half the fee, brining it closer to an acceptable price. The property is new, nice, and easy access to highway for interstate travel. I left before breakfast so no feedback there. I will never stay here again due to the insane money grab for pet fees. Why call yourself pet friendly if you are clearly trying to price out/deter pet owners? (Photo included of my dog laying on the floor clearly causing $75 worth of extra cleaning.)

Deducting a star because they had religious preaching on the TV at breakfast. Don’t shove your religion on me. Driving through, it was as expected. A little expensive for the location but whatever. Gym is good.

First off, this is a brand new hotel. Our room still smelled like wood!! No carpet with is wonderful. We were on top floor so not sure how loud we were underneath. Hopefully not loud. Very clean hotel. Employees were extremely helpful and friendly. My only two bad reviews are: 1. there are no ice buckets in the rooms. They are by the ice machine (as is microwaves). HOWEVER, there are no plastic liners for the buckets. Health hazard????? All those fingers and hands touching the buckets makes you wonder. I did not get an ice bucket. 2. There are no glasses/cups in room. I like to rinse my toothpaste with a cup. This was really not a big deal. You can get coffee cups in lobby. But the ice bucket, I think, is kinda gross. I think Hilton should change that. Other than that. It is a great hotel in a...

The hotel was new early 2025. Nice and clean. Great location, easy to get to, close to so much and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms are a bit small but perfect for a short stay. Love the flooring in the rooms! Not carpet!! My only complaints, and I would stay again so not a deal breaker for me, the walls are a bit thin and conversations could be heard thru the vents in the bathroom and the shower dripped for a long time after water was shut off. The breakfast was good. Lots of options but not the best I have ever had. Scrambled eggs were not the best and not a huge fan of the seasoning on the potatoes but the biscuit and gravy was good! Waffle was vanilla bean maybe. Different! Pancake was average. Oatmeal, yogurt. Different sausage patties and sliced cheeses. ...
