Extremely Disappointed – Avoid Therapist “Nine B” at All Costs

I have been a regular client, spending hundreds of dollars on treatments here, but my recent session with the therapist named Nine B was an absolute nightmare. She was rude, arrogant, and had a shockingly negative attitude from the moment the session started. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any wellness center.

Despite specifically requesting a Thai massage, she did nothing close to it. For almost 40 minutes, she simply stood and shifted on my back, aimlessly moving without any technique or care. Only in the last few minutes did she lightly touch my hands and legs — clearly just for the sake of pretending it was a massage.

To make matters worse, her arrogance is beyond comprehension. I honestly don’t understand how someone like her is still employed here, as she is actively damaging the reputation of what was otherwise a good massage center.

Please do not book her for any treatment. Ask for her name in advance and avoid her. If you care about your peace, comfort, and value for money — steer clear of “Nine B.” I wouldn’t even rate her zero stars if that...

Terrible Experience – Do Not Book Therapist “Nine. B”

My wife had an incredibly disappointing session with a therapist named Nine, and we feel compelled to warn others. She’s been a loyal customer, spending hundreds of dollars here over time, but this experience was absolutely unacceptable.

From the very beginning, Nine B , was rude, dismissive, and carried a terrible attitude throughout the session. There was no sense of professionalism, and the customer service was shockingly poor.

Despite clearly asking for a Thai massage, what my wife received was anything but that. Nine B, spent nearly 40 minutes just standing and shifting on her back with no skill or care involved. Only during the last few minutes did she lightly touch her arms and legs — it felt like an afterthought, not a proper massage.

To top it off, her arrogance and indifference were beyond frustrating. It’s hard to understand why someone like her is even working at this center, which otherwise has a good reputation.

Please be cautious and ask who your therapist will be — avoid Nine B at all costs. She brings no peace, no comfort, and no value for your money. If I could give less than zero...

I booked an appointment based in all the good reviews, received multiple confirmation and reminder emails, but when I arrived at the office it was empty, not even a reception, just empty. I called the phone number at my appointment time, no answer. I waited in the empty waiting room for 15-20 mins then tried to call again, this time someone answered and said that the masseuse had an emergency and couldn’t make it but they only other masseuse they could send was about 15 minutes away and was it ok if they are male, I wasn’t comfortable with that and it all seemed very weird, so I said no. Considering I drove 40 minutes and had already waited another 20 I decided it’s probably not worth risking a repeat of this fiasco. I’m was looking forward to this all week and I’m pretty disappointed. I wish they could have at least called/texted me so I could have save myself 1hr 20 mins driving there and back or at least 20 mins waiting alone in the waiting room. I totally get emergencies happen and people call out but I feel like if I hadn’t kept calling them I would have just been waiting in the empty waiting room forever until I put 2 and 2 together that no...
