I have been to this place 3 times and every time is worse than the other because of the bad service. The first time, I ordered a burger and a side of tacos, and when I arrived to my apartment which is 10 minutes away, I found the burger but not the tacos, and I let it slide. The second time, I forgot my wallet at home, so I asked if the had ApplePay, and they said yes, so I gave them the phone and they tried to make it pay but it didn't. And now, just a few minutes ago, I ordered a classic burger and the lady put the order as bacon burger, and I saw that on the screen, so I told her "please change it to the classic one, not the bacon one." She said "okay." However, she gave me the bacon one. I came back after waiting in the drive-thru line and I said "can you please make me a new one because I can't eat bacon, or anything that has touched bacon." And she said no problem. And guess what! She took it inside, took out the bacon, waited for a minute, and then came back and gave me the same burger without the bacon. I know that it's the same burger because I marked the bun and the burger, and the mark was still there when I got the "new" burger. I didn't go back to tell them to give me new one because if I did I cannot trust anything that they give me. It could be full of spit or anything really. So, I will try to contact the manager not to get free food, but for then to solve the problem with their 24 hour drive-thru service. It's Sunday, February 12, 2017 at 4:30am. Read moreI usually get good service here, but this time I was helped by Enoelia. Her service was horrible towards me. She claimed that her computer was not working and turned me away as a paying customer. She acted like she didnt even want to help me to begin with and kept me waiting until she finally walked away from the window. I was undertanding at first but then I realized that she was being passive aggressive. I drove off and got right back in line because I noticed other customers behind me getting help immediately after I pulled away. Certainly a broken computer will stop your business right? Not to my surprise her computer was working just fine and she accepted all of the payments from the other customers whom are white btw. So I reordered my food, gave her a peice of my mind at the window, and told her out right that they are being racist. This is unacceptable. She was still very rude and didnt want to help me but had no choice considering all things. Then to top it off, the food tasted bad. Surprise surprise. Do something about the quality of her service. Read moreFor being a “Fast Food” restaurant… they are ridiculously slow. You would hope with the lack of speed that your order is at least correct, but that is never the case either. If they ask you to pull around to the front, because you order isn’t ready. They will completely forget about you and your order and go on serving other cars, with no sense of urgency. Been disappointed in this Jack in the Box too many times. Last time I was asked to pull around, I walked inside to check on my order. I was told “I need to be patient they had other customers to serve.” By the time I got my food it had been 14 minutes since I ordered, and the order wasn’t even correct. I proceeded to tell one of the staff that I was missing items. With no sense of urgency, again, she got the rest of my order and while handing me my food informed me “that I am never to come back in this store again”
