Called to make an appointment. Was told to come at noon. Arrived a few minutes ahead. 2 other people that were waiting there as well. Male came out asked me what I needed (I think. I have been there twice now. Once for a foot massage with my husband and once for a full body massage. The staff is courteous and professional. Both experiences were positive. Chinese massage is different than Swedish massage. It relies on pressure and you never disrobe.
