Quality Inn & Suites — Hotel in Kyle

I would NEVER recommend this property to anyone and I would NEVER stay there again. When we arrived there are renovations happening so the doors are permanently open. There were roaches crawling around and I made a comment to the manager checking us in but he disregarded it and just smiled ignorantly at me. There were dead bugs scattered all across the floor. There is trash and debris everywhere. The elevator does NOT work, even if it seems to, don’t use it. They don’t have a sign outside of the elevator but rather they have the do not use elevator sign inside of it which I think is weird. They’re also still letting people use the elevator despite the signs and it does feel like it’s going to break down so use at your own risk. The housekeepers were screaming and yelling in the morning and their music was really loud. The early morning renovations are noisy and keep you up. There isn’t much peace. I woke up to banging on the door by house keeping and I got accused of smoking inside the room. Instead of management or a call, I just get accused with banging on my door and then our phone rings, so obviously housekeeping and management were tag teaming here. When I went downstairs to speak to management about the accusations, I was REPEATEDLY gaslighted and told I was lying about the bugs, about smoking in the room and everything else. If you aren’t even going to listen to your guest, you have problems. The lady at the front was beyond unpleasant and she did everything in her power to make the situation worse. She didn’t resolve any of my concerns or validate them. She didn’t listen to me and she seemed to not be there completely mentally to understand what I was saying. I recorded the entire encounter with the incompetent manager, if I could upload it here I would so you could hear her trying to circumvent the situation and accuse me of lying. I called her out on all of it. I will be sure corporate and management get a copy as well. There’s no breakfast due to remodel either. At your stay here, you’ll be paying to get harassed for following the rules and trying to resolve issues. This is so sloppy, McDonald’s would run a hotel better than these people. It’s ridiculous and I can’t wait to escalate my concerns to corporate so they’re aware of how inept this location is to handle anything. Attached are all the photos so you can see what I’m talking about and you’ll also see the unpleasant manager who is incapable of doing her job and listening to their guest. You’ll see how this hotel has left their AC units on the side of the buildings for days. It’s hilarious. You want to accuse me of lying? Enjoy the pictures and proof of this filthy property. And like other reviews said, they are never at the front desk! This place is under construction and should not be open to the public. Not sure why and how you still have customers but give your money to franchise owners who actually respect and cherish...

I checked in at this hotel at 8:00 or 9:00 p.m. checked out at 8:00 a.m. call them to see why did they overcharge my credit card wonder why they charge my credit card over this place needs to be torn down I don't know how they have such people like this here in the world to run a business I called the business just to see what or why they overcharge my credit card the lady answered the phone and told me oh it smelled like marijuana in the room I asked her how can that be when I checked out at 8:00 in the morning she said oh it smells like marijuana in the room I can't not talk to you because that's what the cleaning lady told me once I told her about whom I was in she misunderstood and said oh I thought it was that room that you were in I told her no I checked out at 8:00 a.m. to be in court today this lady didn't even recognize she was talking to a lawyer and didn't even know that she was saying oh I'm sorry this was the wrong room so apparently this lady gives out too much information by telling someone that their hotel is many of marijuana this hotel needs to be shut down immediately this hotel does not need to be running by these kind of people or should I say these people that's running it now maybe other people need to be running the show of this business not these people that is running it now they need to be trained a little bit more or a lot more not a little bit more a lot more I recommend people not to do business with them not to give them their your hard-earned money so that you can come there and be accused of something and then turn around and say oh it wasn't your room is hotel needs to be shut down I recommend this as a zero not...

Ok I have pics to post. Before the owner comes and reply keep in mind I have pics. I had the worse experience I have encountered in this hotels. We will start at checking there's Noone at the front desk you have to call them for them to show up. And I saw this happens through out the time I spend there. The elevator had once upon a time a. Very beautiful wallpaper now it's all torn. We walked into the room to be greet it by a roach. Not a common German roach. No a roach that the body lifter Anatoly will walk away from. My business partner walked to check the AC filter only to found no AC filter and AC clogged with dust. I cleaned myself the radiator on the AC. Ok I decided to go to the beautiful pool i saw on the website. Wow pool its trashy and full of bugs really full of bugs. I went up just to make my misery more strong. I had a meeting in the morning so I wanted to use the iron tmgor my clothes guess what don't work. Ok the best thing was the restaurants near by (pollo campero very good)ok morning comes and at 0700 we went down to have breakfast in the CONTINENTAL breakfast. No coffee. No bagel. Only 4 breads for toast. No eggs and the milk for the cereal was wattered down to almost having water with a hint of milk... my advice stay away from this place. It's the best thing to do oohhh and I forgot to mentioned the Carbon monoxide detector was covered in plastic I would love for the fire department to come and inspection this boy they will...
