We wanted to have a nice lunch and decided to give Tower Hill Tavern a try. Not only was the table we sat at dirty, but the waitress was non-informative or friendly. She wiped down the table with clorox and sprayed it on us as she cleaned. Once she took our drink orders there were other customers who had come and had been seated. We waited about 10 mins to place our order. Then we waited about 30 mins for our food, when we noticed people who had come after us had already been served their food. We overheard another customer complain ther their chicken tenders were too hard and sent them back. We finally got our food! I ordered bruschetta and chicken wings. The bruschetta bread was stale and she brought me the wrong sauce for my chicken wings! I was disappointed and asked to send the bruschetta back and take it off our bill. She politely took it back and said she would take it off our bill but had to wait for her manager to authorize it and she was in a meeting and didn't know how long it would be. We sat for another 20 mins and told her we don't have all day to sit here to pay the bill. She explained that she was unable to take the bruschetta off the bill and if she split it she would have to pay for it. Not my problem it didn't taste good! We then spoke to another waitress who was more helpful about 5 mins later who said she can take it off the bill and handed the bill to us. This was the worst service and food I have come across and I will not recommend going there. Not to mention my chicken wings were over cooked and dry also. Will not be going back!
