Red hair bartender was very rude. It wasn’t even busy and she had an attitude the entire night. My friend bought the both of us a round and we found a place to sit at and we’re minding our own business listening to karaoke and laughing amongst ourselves. After I accidentally spilled my plastic cup of water, i went to the bar and got a rag and cleaned up my mess and sat back down. Mind you only one beer in my system. my friend and I decided to go to The bathroom and this time I bought us a round of drinks at the bar and decided to sit at a high top. I was approached within two minutes of sipping my second beer when a bartender said “I see you were cut off and bought yourself another drink” obviously I thought this was a joke n quickly realized it wasnt so knowing full well that this was a mistake, I said no, not that was never told i was cut off (in my life). Who said this?”
He did not answer and walked away. Within five minutes, he comes back and tells me “we must ask you to leave because you were cut off” again, puzzled at this request I asked who cut me off and again he could not answer me. But the only person who had taken my drink order was the redheaded female , who i recalled giving me a dirty look. If you grade yourself anywhere above a three, I would not go there because they are very judgmental and very self-conscious and God forbid you are presentable and good mannered. You will be perceived as a threat and be asked to leave WITHOUT reason. Sad. 10/10...
Read moreMy family and I have been coming up to this area since I was just a little kid myself. My wife and I when we had kids decided to become seasonal here and bought a camper we keep at a local campground just up the street and spend most weekends over the summer up here. We love it here. Nothing beats this place on a nice warm summer night or a slightly brisk fall evening hanging out around outdoor fire pit and grabbing some of the warmth. Always a great band playing in the background. Who doesnt love a live band? And they always seem to have great ones. My wife and I especially love the ones that will get the crowd into it and make sure everyone is having a good time. Staff is friendly. Crowds is great with a good mix of locals, seasonal and vacationing customers. This place is part of three or four seperate, each with a diffrent vibe, joined resturant/bar/night clubs all next to eachother. It really makes for a great night being able to jump from one to another to get the exact feel for the night your looking for...The staff here is also great and all very friendly as long as you stay on Tina's good side...j/k Management is also awesome. Could not say enough good things about Meghan she has been there for a long time and each year remembers and welcomes my wife and I with a big smile and friendly attitude as if we were old high...
Read moreHonestly this place was so fun my only reason for a review was a very unkind bartender. We were here on the Friday after the 4th so it was very busy - I own a bar in which I also am the bartender so I understand the level of stress and how unkind guests can be. I had absolutely no issue at first and was returning to the same red haired bartender because I liked her and wanted her to be on the receiving end of my tips (although maybe they pool so she didn’t care). I had just gotten a round and then immediately had few friends join my group who hadn’t gotten drinks yet, I turned around to grab them some and when she came back around to me she snapped “Do you EVER leave this spot?! Every time I turn around you’re here!” ummm yeah because I need a drink? I understand it’s very busy and you are trying to service everyone efficiently but whether I got the drinks or my friends did someone from my party still would have been in that spot. She also seemed very stressed and was snapping at other guests and cursing the entire time. It’s a stressful bar but if it’s THAT stressful maybe it’s time to find a new profession. Great bar, great music, great atmosphere, just avoid the red haired female bartender if you don’t want to be yelled at for...
