BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Lincoln Charter Township

I have to say that I’m quite disappointed with this Biggby’s. I was very excited to try it for the first time since this location is quite new to Stevensville, but unfortunately the staff were quite slow. After I cashed out I had to wait another three minutes at the window before my drink was ready. The cashier unfortunately looked very uncomfortable during this time. As she stood there waiting for the drink order to be ready, another staff member bluntly told her, “Move” as she appeared to be accessing something from a cabinet. In my opinion it was quite rude toward this kind cashier who is simply manning her station.

In addition to the rude staff member, my drink was not what I ordered. I requested a White Lightening, which is a coffee with white chocolate in it. There was no white chocolate in my drink at all.

Overall I was quite disappointed with my order and service, and I’m sorry that the cashier was disrespected by the coworker. I hope to return to this location and give a better review in the future once they get on their feet, but today certainly wasn’t a good...

I used to really like this place but as of lately just not up to par, one of my last orders was the wrong size and was not made correctly, the guy at the window seemed pretty insistent on tipping almost making you feel obligated instead of thankful..also watched me accidentally dump my drink on myself and did not offer napkins, I had to ask and he only gave me like 3 little ones for dumping quite a bit, also because if that the last time I went, I was once again asked to tip and I respectfully declines this time and he was very obviously irritated with that. I remember this kid working somewhere else and was quite rude...

My boyfriend and I usually go to the this bigby and have okay service. However, today we went and my boyfriend got a banana berry crème freeze and asked for no whip but to keep the sprinkles. He does not like whip cream, and this has never been an issue before. They took our order and I pull up to the window to pay when they very loudly are making fun of my boyfriend’s order in front of us. It was two young girls I have never seen before. They were both extremely rude and also burnt both of our bragels. This experience makes me no longer want to go to this location if we are going to be made fun...
