I was very excited to try this place, but everything seemed, okay. The restaurant appears to still be in the new phase, but lack enthusiasm. Hoping to try another time! The food was okay. There was a prettyong wait, and the nachos were okay. Waited an additional five minutes for a drink. The service was okay. Tension seemed high amongst staff, but there were great some great staff members. Overall, okay service. The atmosphere was okay. Neat restaurant, but appeared stale. Check out the restaurant when you get the chance!

They were not ready to open!!! They should have waited until they had more staff. I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up. I waited 5 minutes to get to the drive thru kiosk. Waited 5 minutes to get to the pickup window. Waited another 7 minutes at the window to get my food that was not correct. They gave me nacho cheese without the chips. I then had to go inside to get chips and the door was locked, a customer let me in. The staff was unpleasant and seemed as if they didn't even want to be there. When I left and went to Starbucks to pick up my coffee and eat our lunch. They never gave me the doritos loco taco that was the reason I went there in the first place. They gave me someone else's specialty taco with onions and spicy sauce. I don't do spicy, lunch was ruined. Food was cold! I was not impressed, especially for a new Grand Opening restaurant. Not open at the hours they have up. Some of the workers are quite rude. They have been consistently forgetting items or making them wrong. I have been coming a lot with hopes that it was due to it being a new store but it's seeming to get worse. Update after trying to come again the next day: woman with ghost dog from nightmare before Christmas movie is very rude and lied saying "we don't put orders up there anymore(the grab and go shelf for mobile orders)" after I watched her put an order up there not 5 minutes before.
