Just left this store and had the worst treatment I’ve received as a customer. Especially as someone who worked fast food management for year until I acquired a better job opportunity , I was appalled by the man in the white shirt, whom I presume to be a manager’s behavior. I work just across the street and just stopped in for some dinner after a very busy day. Not to mention I tried to ask to make sure my soda was diet because I’m a type 1 diabetic and places constantly mess that up, not realizing a mistake like that can literally put someone like me in the hospital. My fiancé wanted some extra sauce which we offered to pay for, we were rushed through ordering when we only got 2 meals and a shake for our friend. Overall worst fast food experience and that isn’t an exaggeration. I will be following up with the chain of command ensuring this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I understand being busy and exhausted I did over 3 yrs of that managing at a McDonald’s, however if you cannot handle customer facing jobs and have patience, work in a factory you’ll get better pay and more benefits. No one told you to work at a fast food joint, just like I wasn’t told when I did, I chose it because I needed it at the time and I realized I have to respect the customer just as I would my other staff. I placed an order and once I arrive to the window I had a question about the Burger King app. The person at the window stated they had no idea about the app and no one taught him. As I was asking a question I didn’t finish and he cut me off and started to become frustrated with the simple question and started to use profanity while my kid is in the backseat listening. I was super shocked at what happened as I was still calm and respectful. I decided to pull off and park and call In and did not get an answer so I called corporate. The guy that made these comments stated that he was also the store manager which was even more disappointing. I did not deserve to be cursed at or disrespected let along in front of my kid because the store manager did not know anything about the Burger King app even though he works at Burger King really confusing. I look for a pattern of service and quality of product. I've been stopping by this Burger King since I was a was very young, and unlike most of America, I'm willing to publicly admit I i'll eat at Burger King occasionally, I like the French toast sticks, and yes an occasional massively delicious and massively unhealthy burger and large chocolate shake...fine get some fries too-.I'll even put extra salt on my fries. I don't go to Burger King looking for health food, and if your in in front of me in thrive thru lane hurry up- you are taking too long making your decisions, get out of my way as I am an aggressive driver- It's most likely you fumbling things up because, in my opinion, the staff at this burger king has shown a very long term pattern of good service.
