We loved furniture row when we lived in Denver. Moved to Sioux Falls, SD and found out they had this one in Lincoln. So we drove all the way there to get furniture for our new house. Picked out a king bedroom set and a new table. We were happy and surprised to find out they deliver to our area every Friday. Got it all ordered in store that day with our awesome salesman. Sold all our old stuff before we moved and set up delivery for Friday, June 4th for the bed. Got the confirmation call Thursday before… took the afternoon off work to be home when they got there. Sales guy calls me Friday morning at 9am to tell me the drivers daughter was having seizures and they would have to reschedule our delivery, understandable! Got it rescheduled for today- June 11th! Called yesterday afternoon to confirm they were still dropping it off today so I could take another afternoon off work… get the confirmation so I proceed. The automated system called last night and says “130-330pm” drop off. So I take work off. Get a call at 1015 this morning asking if they can reschedule AGAIN!!! I finally had to say NO WAY! How can you guys operate in this manner?! Who is going to pay for my missed wages at work? I called the manager (Jesus?-spelling?) and he was rude and didn’t care at all. It was much appreciated My mother received a mildew/moldy smelly love seat from this company that caused an asthma attack which required medical treatment. When they came to pick it up, the driver even commented on how awful it smelled. They refuse to refund her money. What a crock! I understand when it is the fault of the customer, didn’t like it in the room, didn’t fit because the didn’t measure. But 100% company problem and they have a no refund policy. Oh and charged her a fee to pick up the defective piece of their furniture! She was a loyal customer having bought many things there, but never again! What great customer service!
So after following the directions from “Jennifer” they still will not refund the money and my mother has nothing for spending almost $1000 on furniture plus a doctor visit, simply unacceptable, total lack of customer service. Read moreI purchased a sofa loveseat combo from here in 2021 (did not receive until well into 2022, i understand production was slow at the time, nevertheless) and the quality is nowhere near what I paid for. When the furniture first arrived there were multiple feet that were unusually damaged, as if they'd been thrown unprotected down an assembly line. Soon after delivery the cushions on the back of the sofa started to sag and were not fixable no matter how many times we rotated, repositioned, or tried to move the material within. This set was almost $2000 and for us to be considering throwing it on the curb in this short amount of time is disappointing. It also came with 6 pillows, 3 of which had zippers (that we never messed with) that were broken within 8 months of delivery. Poor quality for the money spent, even though the in-store quality felt exceptional. Do your research and ask many questions of the salespeople.
