P.S LOOK AT MY BEFORE AND AFTER PICKS ITS NIGHT N DAY!!!

First and foremost the staff at 4M Dental Implants was AMAZING, from the START, Marlene, Ferny, Rosie everyone at the front desk treated me like family.

The 4m medical staff such as Dr Sean, Dr athena, Luis, Eddie, victor, LAST BUT NOT LEAST my amazing friend James treated me so good I can't stress it enough they treated me with respect, kindness, with such a high degree of medical care I have never seen anywhere else.

Time to move on to the procedure, my teeth was all rotten and decayed.

DAY 1; The staff was upfront and straight forward on what needed to be done, they took x-rays and did a initial consultation explaining everything that will be done step-by-step, and answered any question I had or concern with integrity and honesty I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable staff. They had the answers for every question I had. Or any concern I had it was addressed immediately. So after everything I mentioned above was done we made an appointment for the next day. To move onto surgery.

DAY 2; once again, I walked in, was met with love, care, and compassion, and once again explained everything that was going to happen on day two the plan was to remove what was left of my busted broken teeth, and install 5 titanium screws on the lower and four on the upper, it was under IV sedation and I felt even before I went and they were numbing my mouth. I felt absolutely nothing. After the procedure was done I had absolutely zero pain I couldn't believe it not even a little bit of pain I was honestly shocked because I was expecting a little. So after the procedure was done, my mouth had five titanium screws on the bottom and four on top, and the next day was going to be installing my teeth after I had left, and was back in hotel room even after all the pain, medicine and numbing were off I had zero pain or discomfort even though I had just gotten major mouth surgery got involved, removing all my teeth installing titanium screws into my jawbone for both upper and lower. It wasn't hurting at all.

DAY 3; The best day in my opinion come to get my teeth installed once again everybody from the front staff such as Marlene, ferny, Rosie was amazing they greeted me with beautiful smiles and welcomed me as if I was a family member!! (And I really love the whole family atmosphere) I was brought to the room that my teeth will be installed and I laid it down and the doctor stuff came in very carefully and professionally installed my brand new smile.

And I just have to say I had very high expectations and when I say hi, I mean high expectations, but after everything was installed, and they brought a mirror I could not believe my appearance. My smile was amazing and I am still in shock. You could pinch me right now cause I still think I'm in a dream.!!

So just to wrap up they was amazing. I don't think I've could've went to a better dental office, THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE were you should go for any dental needs they are most professional and caring dental office I've ever been. From day one I was treated like I was the only patient there and made sure I was completely comfortable and if I had any concerns they were addressed or if I had any questions they were answered promptly and correctly.

Lengthy but worth reading I promise! As we are all unique & different individuals from style of clothing, hair and personalities we all have 2 things in common our smile and our teeth! The older we get we say the wish out loud and that is, I wished I would have taken better care of my teeth when I was younger. Right? Correct lol. If our teeth are shameful to our own person what does that say or do for our smile. Thru the years of dreading the dentist office in fear of yet another sound of a drill or passing out from the cost of repairs needed, I finally found the one!!!! 4M Dental Implant Center. Let’s face it, going to the dentist most of us drag our feet. You not only have to worry about bonding with the dentist but also his/her staff. I’ve been on my journey for 1year now and crossed the finish line. I hope those reading find my review helpful. Upon entering 4M Dental Implant Center I was impressed by the decor. Then signing in the ladies at the front desk were so friendly. As I was called next, walking into one of the dental rooms once again impressed with the cleanliness and organization! I literally thought okay there has to be a flaw somewhere. Nope! Dr. Sean Mohtashami runs a clean tight ship! When Dr.Sean came in he greeted me with open arms. I personally like when a Doctor explains what his plan is for you and takes you step by step who, what, when and where your treatment will take place. It leaves all your questions answered without having to ask him first. That in my opinion is awesome! Usually you are left feeling unsure, questionable, worried that you’ll remember the question long after leaving the office. After my 1st consultation, I left feeling excited and ready to get started. One week from the day of my 1st appointment I was in the chair getting my full procedure done. The only reservation I had was, “Will I look like the people in the commercials, perfect teeth-the kind you can’t tell if you were or weren’t born with them?” You leave with a full set of teeth the same day of your surgery! Yes SAME DAY! These are your temps. I made sure I followed strict protocol with aftercare instructions. I was also told if I need anything or have any questions do not hesitate to call. Fast forward a year later. All the girls in the office and Dr.Sean gathered around for my big reveal. I found it fitting to share my story and what lead me to Dr. Sean’s office. There wasn’t a dry eye when I was done. I was handed the mirror, I cried like a baby! This is a very emotional journey you will find yourself embarking upon, the one most important ingredient is support. At 4M Dental Implant Center you get that and more, they turn into a part of your family, and YES I do look like the “people” in the commercials, lol. As my journey was taking place I found myself having to re-teach me smiling. I’m still learning because my last real smile was 8 1/2yrs ago. Hello, my name is Thomas Phillips I had been ashamed for years of the condition of my teeth and I started to hear of this place in Irvine,they were talking about giving this awesome smile, a procedure along with the technology of today could do this in one day, so I called to inquire about it they told me to come to their office for a free consultation, I was impressed with what they were telling me but they were not as genuine and concerned about me as a potential customer I won’t tell the name of this dentist but overall I was not real comfortable with them I got home the family was asking questions about how it went, I have to say I’d already made up my mind that I was not going back, kinda bummed out about it, but the next day while reading the paper, god does do certain things for a reason, I saw this ad of a dentist not far from home that was offering the same procedure as the other one I’d heard so much about this was the first time I’d heard of this place I figured heck can’t be any worse than the last one so I called to set up a consultation, From the moment I walked in that day I could feel inside they were all about me from the girls at the front desk all the way to the Doctor in back their main concern was helping me to have back that beautiful smile they knew they could offer, every person I talked to that day was genuine,caring and very professional in every way, I told the young lady in finance that I would need to think on it a bit and again her genuine concern for me, absolutely no pressuring talk to agree today we’ll give you this, no 4M dental is totally not concerned with how much money they can earn as they are more concerned with their patients well being, making absolutely sure they are comfortable and satisfied with each and every stage they go through in the process I remember this one visit I was at it was them checking the quality and look as well as the bite on these, I’ll say prototypes of your final set of teeth and this very beautiful and kind doctor that assisted me that day the very careful detail she went through to make absolutely sure the final set would be perfect, I went back a couple of weeks later to have my finals put in, wow was I impressed is putting it mildly I haven’t stopped smiling every chance I get since I left that day.In closing I would like to thank each and every member at 4M dental Implant center from the bottom of my heart for all that you’ve done in helping me change my life you’re caring and professional attitude at the Long Beach office is very heartfelt again I want to thank you for all you’ve done for me may god richly bless you all as you continue to bless people’s lives that come through your doors.
