Los Alamitos Army Campground — Hotel in Los Alamitos

Honestly, this is far from a “campground”. I’m a very optimistic person and after just 2 nights here it’s hard to see any good about this place. It’s depressing. It’s dirty, not kept up at all. Has no amenities, not even a dumpster to discard your normal household trash. As active duty military with 3 young children this is a sad place. I hope my kids don’t remember this campground when we think of our adventure doing rv life. Our 6 year old without us saying one negative thing about it because our attitude is life is what you make it.. said she “doesn’t want to live here… everything is dead.
