Green Apple Market — Local services in Los Angeles

I’m a Regular customer I went in tonight to order hot food with my stamps. There were 2 Mexican guys working. Horrible service 1st of the guy serving tried to skip me and take a lady’s order after I was waiting in line so I called him out on it nicely telling him I’m first, then he said what do you want? Very sarcastically. I told him I wanted the 10 peace hot wings he told me they do not make those types of wings only Cary the BBQ that was on the warmer. I asked him if that was a recent change cuz I just ordered them. He looked at me with a big smile and said no you didn’t... I said excuse me are you calling me a liar ? His smile got larger then turned to his co worker and called me a liar. I asked for the Manager he said the cashier is the manager. I then walked over to try and explain. The cashier raised his Tone and said what do you want sir. I told him he does not need to raise his tone with me and be Disrespectful, he then called the security guy and told me he what ever I’m not going to help you. Then as I walked away he started talking disrespectful about me to other customers.

Never have I been hugely disrespected in any store let alone a person. I will definitely Return to speak to the owner personally...

I think they're pricing their product because of the situation on hand with the homeless environment. Ex: a half gal of orange juice is $3.99 mind you a off brand like Rock view. Now u go buy the one liter it's $3.29. The math do not match. That one liter should at least be about $1.99 or at least $2.25 Green Apple is ridiculous. A mere top Ramon is 30-35 cent which is in the regular market for 10c or 15c. How can be get away from down here with greedy ppls like the owners of Green Apple stores. I know we're all in a business for s profit but at least have a conscience toward the poor. May God have Mercy on these store owners. A bag of 7 lbs of ice is $2.50 a cup is 75c. Where does it stop for us to not think so selfishly? Plus the store is filthy n always out of supplies. How do we sleep with a clear mind robbing poor .
