Do not order through the app to the store. They will take over 1hr to make the order and then proceed to give it out to the wrong people for delivery. I placed a order at 7:15pm and it said in progress and then someone was going to pick it up. Yet no one did. The store claimed 5 different door dashers came through, but yet I never once received my order. Then I call customer support and I get told I will get a refund and still get my food since it was over 1 hour. My new door dasher goes to the store to pick it up but the employees there refused to make it, even with the door dasher on the phone with me explaining the situation. And my app is still saying it is in process. The employees there did not properly check out my food with any of the door dashers and told me I had to go through door dash when I didnt even place the order through door dash. I would not recommend coming to this location for a while. I waited for over 1 hour for food and got told at 9pm they would not make my food. Do not waste your time at this location. Read moreI walked in and was the only person in line. I’ve never seen a Chipotle so empty. But I stood in line and it was one person cooking, 4 in the drive thru area and only 2 working. It took them a while to come assist me. Once they did . It was “what can I get you”. So I said “hello” can I get a burrito”. She didn’t warm my tortilla. It honestly didn’t hit me until after they started adding topics. As they’ve ladies are making my burrito they are both talking to each other. I kept having to repeat and remind them what I wanted because they were too into there conversation. . I’m burrito was so stuffed she had to wrap it twice and put it in a bowl container.
