Bachi Jewels — Local services in Miami Beach

Original: Took two sterling silver rings for resizing to different jewelers in the county, I got different quotes ranging from $85 to a whopping $150. I saw the positive reviews on Google, including how friendly and affordable Bachi Jewels is, and decided to give them a try.

I took the rings in for an estimate, the jeweler wasn't in, but they promised to call the next day. I was surprised to get a lower quote than what a jewelry stand in Southland Mall quoted me. I was also surprised by how fast they would be ready because again, other places told me 3 days, or even a week. Bachi turned them around in one day.

In addition to jewelry and watch repair, they sell all kinds of jewelry and what's best is they work both weekend and evening hours! They're located near Lincoln Road, so you can park on the street or the nearby parking garage. I'm glad to have found them, it's not every day that you find a jewelry store that accommodates your schedule!

Update: I'm sorry to have to do this, I don't like leaving negative reviews, but out of 3 rings that I took to get either enlarged (1) or downsized (2), 2 of the bands split open, the third has a crack so it is a matter of time before it splits open as well -- see for yourself. It has been maybe 3 months since my rings were sized? This should not happen, period, but my point is, it has not even been a year, or half a year, since the work took place. Sure, they do quick work and it is less expensive than in other places, but the quality is an issue. The first ring to split open was the one that was enlarged, it was repaired by them when I took it and complained about what happened about a month ago now. They reluctantly took it back to repair at no cost, as they stated "it has been months since we worked on this ring." I had my receipt by the way...which they kept after the repair. Usually car repairs or any other product repair has at least a 1 year warranty to show they stand behind their work, so I was a bit surprised by this comment but I kept quiet. Now, I will have to pay for a second time, to have the rings...

I recently had the delightful surprise of discovering Bachi Jewelers, and I can honestly say this place is a game-changer! For years, I would trek all the way to Aventura for watch cleaning and jewelry repairs, completely unaware that this fabulous spot was just around the corner from me in South Beach.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an amazing team of professionals who made me feel right at home. Every staff member was friendlier than the last, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's clear they prioritize customer service, and it absolutely shows!

The quality of service at Bachi Jewelers is top-notch. They handled my watch and jewelry repairs with such expertise, and I left feeling like I had just struck gold—not just with my shiny pieces but with the overall experience. And let’s not forget the cherry on top: I walked out with a lollipop! It’s those little touches that really make a difference and leave a sweet taste after such a wonderful visit.

The location is perfect, and the ambiance is just right for a jewelry store—elegant yet inviting. I genuinely can't recommend Bachi Jewelers enough! Hi everyone! I usually don't submit reviews that will be tracked and so forth. However, I need to share my experience with Bachi Jewels, in Miami Beach FL. It is my favorite Jewelry store. I am embarrassed to say, that I was hit with the pandemic, and lost my job, my savings, Mom, and finally was priced out of my condo( home) of over 20+ years. So, I haven't had the means to buy some of their awesome jewelry, which are made of quality products and what makes them special, is their unique designs and " good vibe" that exudes from their creations. Obviously, I'm not the only one that feels this way about Bachi Jewels, many celebrities also are loyal customers! I really encourage everyone to at least " visit" this local business. It really is a quality operation! I have been a customer for several years, only being able to purchase my ear studs, a few rings, and bracelets. Most recently, a client gifted me the most beautiful necklace, with matching bracelet, which turned out to be from Bachi Jewels. I was blessed with this gift, and knowing it came from Bachi Jewels, made it all that more " special" to me! Go check it out! You'll be impressed and pleased with their reasonable prices.
