I will never shop here again. The other negative reviews donāt surprise me a bit. I spent $648 my first visit and 2 of the coverups I purchased ripped on the first wear. The store policy offers returns and exchanges but when I came back requesting to exchange for a different item or even the same item I was denied even though I was within the exchange window.
Furthermore, once I spoke to the owner, Freddy, on the phone, he mentioned he could not exchange the product since he had no way to return it as defective to the manufacturer. Additionally, he stated that I was the ONLY person who has EVER had an issue with the quality of ANY of their products and put the blame on me. Clearly that is not the case when you read the other reviews and hear the next partā¦
As I was waiting for my Uber to leave the store (quite unsatisfied with my service), I was looking around and noticed that they had 3 of the EXACT same coverup with the same rip in the EXACT same spot on their clearance rack. Clearly they had allowed 3 other customers to return the same defective item, but they still would not let me return the item. I asked for Gabby to call me back after she informed the owner of what I saw and she never called me. I called the store a few days later and another store representative said I could absolutely come in and do an exchange. Then I returned back and Gabby was working again and she would not allow me to return it. She called the owner and he also said no.
I feel completely discriminated against and also lied to by the owner. I strongly suggest not stepping foot in this store. Spend your money elsewhere where you are treated respectfully and get quality products for the prices you are paying.
Adding a photo of another item that was on clearance with the same rip in the exact same spot as well as a photo of my defective item. That means there were a total of 4 ripped in the same exact spot, yet I was not allowed to return or exchange mine....

Because they have chains for the sides they donāt stretch. I got my normal size S but because the chains I wanted a M, which he did exchange. The M looked good but I still did not feel comfortable with the chains. There was also some chains that seemed to have broken off because the top large chain was on one side, but the other side it was not there. The other side had the smallest chain broken, and I could tell because there was a small remnant that was not completely removed. Because of this it made me realize pulling these bottoms up and down will be a mission especially during my bachelorette. I asked to do another exchange for one more size up so I can pull them up and down recklessly and not break them. He said, āUnfortunately we only do 1 exchange but if it fits you then you should be fine. Anything that has an accessory on a swimwear, I recommend to be careful when partying and most important Just enjoy your Bachelorette :)ā. This is unacceptable when someone is spending $130.00 on bottoms. I decided to just return them. He told me that, āUnfortunately we don't work for free.. there will be a 30% restocking fee! or you can track back your package!!ā This is no where on their return policy ! In fact it states on the top of the website āeasy returnsā. LMAO. When they received my item back they broke the chains as if I did when I never tried the item on! I disputed this with my bank because I refuse to spend my hard earned money on some grimy skeez bag who is not honest! Please save yourself time and money and buy the same brands elsewhere.
