Car 1- 2020 RAV4 This was long due review. This dealership is fantastic. Rose was amazing with all follow ups. I was checking with 4 dealerships to get quotes and information and I can say that none of the other sales people from any other dealership were even close to the amount to effort and follow up Rose put in this process. I ended up buying RAV4 from them during end of May and the pricing was great. Biggest plus is that I did all the pricing, purchase process and trade in discussion on calls and emails. The trade in was confirmed when I went to buy. In a time when COVID is a big issue I was in and out of dealership in less than 2 hours. Kudos to Rose for that too.
I am not saying they are perfect; my insurance card was lost so that delayed the financing plus the payoff on my previous car was 5 dollars short. However, those were minor discomfort to say at most. For the price and service I got this was ok for me.
They also offer free car wash for life on new vehicles which I have used once and it was good. The service technician took added precaution for COVID and to disinfect the car after wash.
I also want to add a little about the car, it is bigger and better than previous model. The best feature is Lane departure assist and adaptive cruise even on LE model. I went on a 8 hour drive one side and it was pleasant drive.
I have already recommended them to couple of friends looking to buy a new car. Overall great experience so far. Will add if anything changes.
————————————— 10/02/2021 Car 2 - 2022 Sienna I did not expect to go back to buying a car so soon but ended up with Walker again. After using RAV4 for a year I decided that the family needs a bigger car. I was shopping for good 3 months for a minivan and due to chip shortage finding a Sienna was next to impossible. That is when Craig Bailey came for the rescue and helped me find and book one. I needed the car for vacation trip to Florida and Craig delivered on the promise and was able to time it well. The car is awesome and as usual the entire process was smooth. I was able to trade in my RAV4 and got the Sienna that too 2022 model, that’s right 2022. Craig was really patient with me throughout the process as I was constantly thinking out loud between Highlander or Sienna, he allowed enough time for me to decide and was able to get a test drive for both. He understood the fact that it is second biggest purchase decision people make and was supportive throughout the process.
After working with Rose last year I thought it was hard job to beat her but Craig matched her if not beat her through the process which showcases the standard Walker maintains. I have no complains and will recommend them and Craig to anyone looking...
Read moreI placed a deposit on a GR86 while it was still in the build phase. Salesman Chase Patrick was very good to work with, responded quickly to texts and calls and would ask a manager if he didn’t know the answer to a question I had. He called multiple times to update me on the car’s expected arrival date. It finally made it to the lot late on a Friday, too late to get a cashier’s check from my home credit union, where I was going to finance. My loan officer said she could send me with a letter of guarantee, which they had done with many dealerships. Since I live three hours away, I didn’t want to make the trip without knowing I had all I needed to make the deal. I called the dealership Saturday morning and explained that I had the letter, instead of a check, I’m coming from three hours away, will this letter enable me to get the car? Chase wasn’t sure and asked a manager named Sevar to talk to me. I emailed him the letter while we were on the phone. Sevar assured me multiple times that the letter was sufficient. Once I made the drive, the finance guy tells me the letter is NOT sufficient. I was going home empty handed, until an employee from my credit union on his day off came up with the idea of the dealership financing me thru Toyota with no orig. fee or early payoff penalty until I could get home and refinance with my credit union. I don’t guess it mattered at all to Sevar that I emphasized I’m making a long drive and I want to make SURE there are no problems. The assistant manager and finance guys were apologetic, but never a word from Sevar while I was there, no apology, nothing. Poor way to...
Read moreSo I pulled out the under plastic and part of wheel well covering parking my Camry over a tire stop. Finally went here to get it fixed at an OEM dealer. Wanted it buttoned up right for winter. Also got my break pads and rotors and brake fluid changed out.
Got my quote and got it all done. Had to get scheduled later on for the plastic underneath the car as parts needed ordered. Come back two weeks later and they get it done and I pay the agreed price. I go out to my car and it wasn’t completely done. Wheel well covers were missing. I go in a little hot to the office and get told I’m gonna have to pay an extra couple hundred. I made it known I was ticked. (Lord forgive me for that, wasn’t my best moment). Once the big manager got involved he agreed it was crazy that the entire assembly wasn’t fixed and included in the original quote (especially since the larger quote at the beginning could have went through insurance). Got the part in two days later and fixed it all free of charge.
They went the extra mile when they didn’t have to and I just wanted to say I appreciated it. Grandma had been in the hospital after a stroke and I needed the break. It was a blessing. Will do more business with them on principle. Anyone who does right by me I will do right by them and pay extra for good customer service.
So I’d say if they don’t get it right the first time, someone in the building will, that was my...
