Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Midwest City

Service was a bit slow. I'd found some dipped madelines on their display that had expired 3 days earlier & thought maybe they were meant to be discounted. I was told they were $2.75 (full price). When I pointed out they'd expired THREE DAYS EARLIER, the cashier didn't excuse herself, she just left the register, went to the display & removed the product. I have been to this Starbucks many times. Always a pleasant experience. Today a young man in training took my order. I wanted light ice in my drink. The girl who made it made it 3/4 full of ice. I asked her nicely if she could remove some. She proceeded to make a huge production of scooping out ice. It was obvious she was mad. A colleague even said she through a cup yesterday because she was mad. I will not return to this Starbucks as long as...

I do love the new atmosphere that Starbucks provides! Honestly, I cannot wait until they bring in more chairs and furniture as I believe it would relax the guests there.
