Midwest City Target needs to work on their guest relations and operationsof how they go about their system of procedures ... COMPLETE DISORGANIZATION ON THEIR PART AS A COMPANY. My fiancé and I found a microwave that in store, the regular price was $64.99 ... was on sale on their website for $39.99. We were told that Target does pricematch according to their website ... at the register (the cashier didn't allow me to finish telling her) when she rudley interrupted me "we are not pricematching today due to Black Friday" and quote unquote " I don't know " .... um ok ?!? She also said I couldn't speak to a manager because "they were busy" We didn't make a fuss ...IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN TWO MINUTES WITH A MANGER TO CORRECT THE PRICING ISSUE TO WHICH YOUR STILL MAKING A PROFIT From a product !!!! ON TOP OF THAT A NOTHER EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THEY PRICEMATCH ANY DAY, before we got to the register ! My finance and I decided if that was the case, we decided against purchasing the item in the store and we ordered it in the parking lot for the $ 39.99 online price and in store pickup option. An hour later we recieved confirmation that our item was "ready to be picked up" , we arrived at the store and we were helped by Britany at guest relations, Britany informed us "it was going to be a few minutes before we got helped because they had to go back and "find" the item and check it" ...she spent 7 minutes before hand with another employee inquiring because I guess she was not trained properly on how to do her job. WE WAITED THIRTY MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO BRING THE ITEM UP TO GUEST RELATIONS ... the item was fully in stock ... the item was not hard to find ... and why would you send a confirmation saying it was ready when clearly it was not ... TARGET GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER ... GUEST RELATIONS NEED TO BE BETTER ORGANIZED AND EMPLOYEES NEEDS KNOWLEDGE ON HOW TO PROPERLY HELP CUSTOMERS ! You people wonder why Target does not make near the profit other retail stores ... well this is why ... poor customer service and disorganized , "less than par"...
Read moreI’ve always loved Target. Everything from the clothing to school supplies and groceries. This location is actually in a shopping store, surrounded by many great stores. I love the bins in the front that always have holiday or seasonal items for $1, $3 and $5. All of the great stuff mostly stocks my second grade classes treasure chest. They have had some really cute and cheap School supplies. This year I was hired at a private, Christian school. We have Chapel once a week, so that day ladies are required to wear a dress. I don’t mind it, but since I had spent recent years working as an at home mom and had NO dresses at all. Target is actually where I purchased the majority of my clothing, including dresses, so far for this school year. The dresses are perfect. I can dress them up with hose and dress shoes or wear them with leggings and boots or tennis shoes. The week before school started, I went to several clothing and department stores to buy work clothes. After buying a LOT of items, and trying on things to see what fit and looked best, the majority of the things I bought for work were from Target. I also found 3,pairs of great shoes - flats, booties and sneakers. I’ve always loved target and especially their nicer brands that are still in the upper teens and 20’s. I’ve never paid over $30 for any outfit at Target. It’s wonderful that you can buy clothes and schools and then buy grocery necessities as well at the same...
Read moreI love Target. I love the clothes, prices, toys...I shop at almost all the locations throughout the city, even Moore and Okc but this location as by far the most unfriendly employees. Mostly the checkers. Everytime I go not one has a smile on their face and even today, I FINALLY found one I thought would be friendly, and she was, to an extent... She smiled, yes, but when I tried purchasing a shirt from the Clearance section mind you. Where every shirt on the back wall was marked down and had a big sign that said 30% off...anyway, when it rang up full price I told her it should be clearance. She said if it doesn't ring up that way then its not clearance...why was the price tag ripped off then?? She said well did you find it on a rack? I said no, it was on a big wall that said 30% off with 20 other shirts also marked down, it was just the only one without a sticker. Again, her responce was its not clearance then. Ok, whatever, I dont want it then. She doesnt bother to ask if she can check on it for me or anything. I wouldnt even have minded to step to the back of the line and wait but nothing was offered. Way to go on the customer service guys. I never leave this location without a...
